About 40 plus minutes NW of downtown Boston. Worth not staying downtown. Restaurant open until midnight! Pleasant personnel. Quiet surroundings. Two minutes to interstate ramp to Boston. Plenty of free parking. But lot is dark. But a quiet safe feeling office park setting.

Overall I have nothing bad at all to say about this place. I had a very pleasant two night stay. Room was spacious, very clean, and nicely furnished. I had to share with a roommate so the two sinks were very handy. I would definitely come back.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel and grounds are beautifully kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service, the food was amazing. The hotel is in a great location to local places. Would 100% stay here again.

Got a room on Priceline in the last minute on a business trip. I was not too upset based on the interior of hotel since I paid only 75 per night. But, I would have been very upset if I paid full price. The exterior is interesting with the castle look for the exterior of the facility, even though it is a little misplaced in a New England office park. It is close to the highway exit and downtown area where one can find many restaurants and even a great trader joe.
Inside we were welcomed by an overwhelmed young woman at the front desk. Later we found, there was always just one front desk reason for this large facility. As we got off the elevator on our floor at 8 pm , leftover breakfast strays were strewn in the hallway as well as a housekeeping cart.
The hallway was dirty, rundown, stains everywhere in the carpet. The room was no better, very run down and dirty looking and no amenities at all in the bathroom. We had to call and wait or soap.
The facility has a large convention.meeting room area, I cannot imagine holding a meeting in this kind of environment. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are willing to put up with these aspects for a low nightly fee.

I got the hotel off Priceline name your own price. I was expecting better, having stayed at a Radisson a few times before. It was previously the Sheraton and the building is showing it's age. It looks pretty cool, like a castle, which the kids thought was awesome. There is NO refrigerator and NO microwave in the rooms. We asked for a refrigerator and it was going to be $10/night - we passed. The rooms are so-so clean, beds are comfy, but that's about it. Water pressure is horrible in the morning, kept shutting off and turning back on. A little bit of maintenance and management could really help this place. Probably won't stay here again.

Room Tip: Corner rooms seem quieter, away from centralized elevators.

Great looking exterior = looks like a castle. Walk inside and it is oppressively hot (as one other reviewer said) in the hallways, lobby and elevator! Only one person at the front desk at any time of day who gets overwhelmed (not her fault) by the number of guests at times. The WiFi is spotty. Our king suite was spacious with a very hard, uncomfortable king bed. A/C is very noisy & indeed it is cold or stuffy. The shower remark was on target -- I thought it a bit strange to have the water controls that far inside the shower or not to have access to the controls from the other door, which does not open. Our toilet seat was broken but was of no consequence. Our refrigerator was missing from the cabinet and we were told there were none left! I guess no snacks can be stored here! The restaurant is quite a walk from the lobby and the lobby only serves complimentary coffee from 4am to 7am!!!
I agree this could be a great hotel if some updates and changes were made.

Wow...when we drove up to this Tudor influenced hotel I thought we had arrived in Scotland...gorgeous exterior and lovely grounds with tons of parking. The Front desk staff couldn't have been more friendly or pleasant. Now the down side....This hotel needs a total renovation inside...well maybe not total but a lot of work. Firstly all the windows are so dirty you can hardly see through them, cleaning them would be a major start in making this hotel terrific. Secondly there is A resturant, but no place to get a quick cup of coffee or a light snack. The menu is great but it's a trek away from all the rooms. Thirdly....the rooms are a tad bit bigger than an average hotel room but I think that's in visual space since most have a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. The decor is mid 70's, dark and dreary!! The heat in the hallways is intense....and I was there in August!!! The walk in shower with it's frameless glass door looks fantastic....but try to turn the water on without freezing yourself ....just not possible as the shower head and lever for the water controls are all the way at the front in and you enter at the back end. The A/C in the rooms is either On or Off...doesn't matter that temp you set it to as it's cold or stuffy. Would have loved to be able to open a window for fresh air. From what I understand this is the best option if you have to be in Nashua, but please take that lovely building and bring it up to speed!!!

Room Tip: Definately ask for a room near an elevator...the corridors are very very long.
