Nice clean place. Would stay again. However we signed up for the breakfast inlcuded rate which was $30 more ( for a couple) than the regular room rate. Ripoff. THE most expensive breakfast is the 12.99 full buffet. Kind of disappointed they would do something like that.

Management response:Responded August 3, 2011

Thank you for your feedback regarding your July stay at the Courtyard Marriott Nashua. Our weekend breakfast rates are $20 higher than the regular weekend rates - thus saving our guests money as long as 2 buffets are being consumed. If you would like to send me an
e-mail regarding your name and what you were charged , I would be happy to research it to make sure you were indeed charged correctly and then respond directly to you. My e-mail is Mark.Lesser@marriott.com

Thank you for staying with us. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very nice place to stay in Nashua. Convenient location close to several shopping areas, and downtown is just 5 minutes away. The grounds of the hotel are really the highlight..beautiful courtyard with a separate indoor pool building with highlight, lots of huge trees and shrubbery, ground floor rooms have walk-out patio enclosed by hedges. Unlike other reviewers, we found the beds very comfortable especially compared to the Super 8 we stayed at the night before on the way. Maybe our adjoining rooms were recently renovated, everything looked very new (4th floor). Front desk staff provided a microwave and mini-fridge at no extra cost even though we booked the rock-bottom priceline rate. Many upscale amenities like 2 phone extensions, slide-out computer desk, large flat-screen HD TV, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, designer toiletries. The A/C worked fine even though it was in the upper 80's/low 90's during our stay. There is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the front desk that comes in very handy. There is breakfast and a light bar menu. We chose to eat breakfast at Joanne's Diner downtown as it was far cheaper than the hotel breakfast, and delicious...get the blueberry pancakes. Also, one of the best restaurants in the state is located in downtown Nashua: Michael Timothy's. A must try!

NB There were several teenagers staying at the hotel during our stay for a large softball tournament. Aside from noise from the outdoor courtyard and the corridors (which ceased before midnight), you couldn't hear anything from the adjacent rooms.

We had a great experience at the Courtyard. Room was great, overlooked courtyard and beautiful pool house. Pool was heated. Breakfast was a nice add on. If you have an option to add that for a small amount I would. The bed had no support whatsoever. We really liked this hotel and will give it another shot but if the bed stinks again we will never go back.

This courtyard marriott looked like any other, with lots of parking, very clean and friendly. My small room was adequate, and right near the gym and pool, which I intended to use. it was also nice and quiet despite being on the first floor. But the bed felt like sleeping on one of those old hard plastic mattress like they used to put in cribs in the 60s. it was firm to the point of feeling like being on something hard and synthetic. the pillows weren't good either! maybe they do use some sort of mattress pad to protect the mattresses that makes them so hard and weird. I slept terribly. The nice thing is that they at least comped my breakfast, which was very good, but I could barely keep my eyes open driving after that stay. Ugh. I wonder if all the beds are like that? I've stayed at other Courtyards without that issue.
