First of all the staff here are all so friendly...The atmosphere here is not stuffy at all, very relaxed either in the dining area or the bar....we prefer the bar.
After reading past reviews, I had to write....
The appetizers are all delicious, we've had all of them and never have any tasted so-so, and the bruschetta is to die for, nothing a younger child could make and taste so good.
First hand, I know for a fact....the desserts ARE NOT FROZEN!!! Everything is house made and not pre-made packaged and purchased to serve.
The fact is most people don't realize that a lot of restaurants out there (chains) do purchase pre-made meals and just re-heat and add their own flare and serve.
Villa Banca makes every dish to order, nothing is just scooped and served....well, maybe the ice cream…..although everyone scoops that.

We love the Veal & Lobster, Pesto Chicken and Lobster, Lobster Risotto, Seafood Ravioli, Chicken and Shrimp Gorgonzola.....I could go on and on!

My favorite dessert is the White Chocolate Bread Pudding, and my other half loves the Gelato sampler....

So, please read all reviews and take some with a grain of salt........the food is delicious, along with the atmosphere and staff.

Ciao!

We have dined here several times before and always found the food to be good. The appetizers this time were so-so. The bruschetta looked like something a 12 year old would make and had very little flavor. The artichoke/gorgonzola app tasted like the frozen apps that we buy at the supermarket. The butternut squash/philo dough app was good.

The food here is terrible. For a place that calls itself a italian restaurant its a waste of time and money. Desserts are frozen- pasta and sauce are not homemade and food overall leaves a lot to be desired.

You cannot go wrong at Villa Banca. Everything on the menu is fantastic. The veal is a must. This is our go to restaurant when we eat downtown. You can eat in the bar area (casual) or in the dining area with a very nice presentation. You can also dine on the sidewalk in nice weather.

This restaurant is situated inside one of the former local banks of Nashua where the vault is still prominently featured in the dining room. The room is beautiful with lovely light fixtures and large windows to allow lots of natural light. The food is wonderful...no matter what you order and they go out of their way to accommodate special requests. We had our wedding reception there because we loved the main dining room, the owner and the wonderful seasonal menu they conjured up for us. My husband and I make it a point to eat there about once or twice a month. It's a great place for dinner or appetizers and drinks. It really is my favorite place in downtown Nashua.
