Description: In August of 2009, after a pizza tour vacation with his family, Tony Naser decided to bring authentic Naples style pizza to Nashua, NH. But first, the destination was New York City and all the great pizzerias along the way - grilled pizza in Providence, legendary coal-fired pizzerias in New Haven, and some of the most famous pizzerias in NYC. They even made a trip out to Las Vegas for a visit to sample pizza. Making fresh dough and baking pizza every weekend was a family tradition and over the years this tradition became a passion to make the best pizza. Pizza originated in Naples Italy. Neopolitan pizza in its purist form has been made the same way in Naples since the 17th century. Once considered a dish for peddlers, pizza was sold by street vendors and not in restaurants. Over the years pizza gained popularity as Naples became a tourist attraction. And in the late 19th century pizza was introduced to the United States with the arrival of Italian immigrants. Crush maintains Neapolitan tradition and makes the simplest and freshest food brought in and made daily. No frozen stuff here! The ovens are imported from Italy and burns with an intensity to cook a pizza in 60 - 90 seconds at a blistering 800 - 900 degrees. For Tony, Crush is truly a labor of love.

If you are addicted and expecting traditional pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper pizza with modified starch, homogenized fake cheese - go elsewhere! If you want something different, a more traditional thing crust pizza with fresh ingredients, bursting with flavor - this is the place! I ordered ten pizzas for a corporate meeting, talked them into delivering them into my office and cannot wait to get there tonight to have a pizza ALL BY MYSELF! Yes, I plan on wolfing down the pizza with fresh arugula and not sharing. The group raved about all the pizzas but we voted it and the Greco the best.

The 12 inch pizzas are fired in a 900 degree oven and only take a couple minutes to cook, very traditional Italian and Sicilian method, which I have enjoyed in Europe and will do again in a couple weeks.

Prices are in the $12 to $16 range per pizza, a bit high compared to the box pizza stores but this definitely isn't box pizza as the ingredients are the freshest and highest quality.

Definitely the best pizza I have enjoyed in quite sometime.

The pizza was very well prepared and overall tasty. The first visit (when the restaurant first opened) was not that good as the pizza was soggy and bland. That seems to have been remedied and the food is much better.

It was very good, fresh made brick oven pizza, lots of good choices. The chicken wings were excellent. Much better than the chain pizza joints, Pizza Hut, Papa Gino's, etc.. Which I think are mostly fair or bad.

They warn you that the pizza is made with fresh mozzarella and that it might be "wet". They are right! If you make the mistake we did of ordering thin crust, you will not be able to pick up a slice, it's that wet. I am guessing if you order a thicker crust pizza that may be better. The salads were "meh". Sadly, we won't go back. We were there at 6 on a Satruday and most of the business was take-out. The service was fine.

Food well presented, tasty, original. Simply great!

Atmosphere ~ zero! But overlook that to get to the pizza.
