“Very good family run Korean Japanese”
Reviewed March 31, 2012

Simple decor. Competently prepared Korean and Japanese food. We had sushi rolls miso soup, split a dinner size bulgogi. Unadorned decor. Full bar. Friendly service.

We'll be back.

“Great sushi!”
Reviewed March 10, 2012

Traveled to Nashua three times in 2011 and visited Shira Kiku each time (February and twice in June). I had a sushi dinner each time. I might have to go as far to say that they have the best sushi I've ever had! The fish just tastes better than every other sushi joint I've been too. Mix with a little sake and you're heading back to the hotel room with a smile on your face. Would definitely recommend this place.

“Great traditional Korean Food and a fun experience”
Reviewed January 28, 2012

This small, family run restaurant serves traditional Korean BBQ along with a great selection of sushi & maki rolls. Went on a Friday night with 3 friends, place was pretty busy but we got a table without wait. Started with some warmed saki and Japanese beer. Service was fantastic, the family running it clearly enjoys the business and make you feel very at home. Started with scallion pancakes, spring rolls, and some maki tempura rolls. All were excellent. For a meal I had Korean BBQ short ribs which comes with a traditional plate of lettuce leaves and sauce to make tasty little rolls. Again, food was very good. After the meal the chef came out and chatted for a bit, then got the Karaoke machine fired up. Finished the evening with a quirky Karaoke session that was a lot of fun and somewhat surreal for being in Nashua, NH. Highly recommend.

“Excellent In Every Way”
Reviewed January 26, 2012

I was really surprised that there were no reviews of this restaurant. Cuisine is predominantly Korean with some Japanese and Thai available as well. Went last weekend with family and enjoyed everything. Family owned and run. Server was a panic - lots of personality and both fun and helpful. We were really impressed.
Decor is nice nothing fancy but pleasant and the whole restaurant is super clean.
Food was outstanding in our opinion. Not sushi fans, but other family members are and it looked really good - they were happy. Quality - taste and presentation of appetizers and entrees was great.
Located sort of in between downtown and Nashua Mall (not Pheasant Lane) so convenient to highway as well.
We will go back for sure.
