“Wonderful B&B experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2013

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Tuckernuck Inn (on Red Gate Lane). It was a lovely inn, and Donna makes absolutely delicious breakfasts! She also suggested great restaurants and attractions to see including many that were within walking distance of the inn. And she (and Ed) were right--they know a wonderful and cheap place to get great lobster! We can't wait to go back and stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Tuckernuck. It was our second stay there and it's like coming home to friends. A most enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere. Close to everything, including great restaurants as well as shops. The mountain sights at this time are great. A highly recommended place to stay. We can hardly wait for the next visit. Thank you Donna and Kim.

Stayed for 1 night in this great Inn. The Tuckernuck Inn is in a lovely location with several restaurants nearby. Donna was a very welcoming and informative host! Lovely room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend staying in New England during the Fall.

My sister and I (and our husbands) were invited to a cousin's wedding at Church Landing in Meredith. We were fortunate to get reservations at the Tuckernuck due to prime "leaf peeking" season and the big wedding. Donna was delightful and such a blessing to us. Everything was lovely, and we are already considering a return visit to Meredith and, of course, the Tuckernuck. Your friendliness, helpfulness, and joy at running your own B&B was evident in all you do. Thank you and your husband for making us feel so welcome. See you soon! Cary and Cathy

The inn is exceptional, comfy and full of wonderful things.Donna we loved straight away,so helpful and friendly, with great knowledge of the area and full of fantastic help with options, for places to visit and eat. The room was spotless and the breakfast top class. Leaving this great inn was like leaving an old friend. Stay Here! Donna will look after you like family.

Ed and Mary were referred to the Tuckernuck Inn by our life long friends Dan and Virgi Windsor:) We can;t explain what a wonderful referral that was! Our stay at Tuckernick was absolutely FANTASTIC! We loved the area and all the information we received from Donna, not only for places to eat but also places to sightsee as well. Donna's referral to the small town of Cornish Maine as we travelled to KennebunkPort Maine,to the Bayhaven Inn provided me (a Lobster Lover) with 3 Whole Maine Lobsters with all the trimmings for just $21,99!!! The area arond Meredith and the Kang Highway allowed us to see the Leaves of Nwe England in all its GLORY ! Thanks to Donna and Kim for all you did for us!! Ed and and Mary Ann Bradle!:)

My boyfriend and I just stayed with Donna and Kim this past weekend. We live in NY and wanted to explore more of the Northeast area. We decided New Hampshire would be our first destination. We had scheduled to make our way to NH in August, but because of a last minute personal issue we were unable to go. Donna was very gracious and understanding. We were fortunate enough to find another weekend to reschedule and are so glad we did! Donna was in communication with us about our visit before our arrival and upon our arrival had lots of information to help make our trip the best it could be. She gave us dinner suggestions each evening which were delicious. She gave us advice on where to hike and even helped pick out an orchard nearby where we could go apple picking. The meals were delicious and hearty and the home very welcoming. Location was perfect - easy walking distance from many restaurants and easy drive to other little towns around the lake. All in all a great weekend - stay with Donna and I promise you won't be disappointed!
