Booked 3 nights at Mill Falls, but got a call on the day i was supposed to check in asking me to upgrade to a nicer room at Bay Point (also a Mill Falls property) because the room i had booked would not be ready in time. I hapily took the upgrade and while the room was much nicer with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake, there is not much going on otherwise at Bay Point. We eventually moved back across the street to Mill Falls after the first night. There's much more to do at Mill Falls, and while Bay Point is a little more elegant, Mill Falls was better for us as we were traveling with our kids.

All the properties are in walking distance and easily accessible. Not much of a beach to speak of at Church Landing, but definitely swimable. The properties are very well maintained, with nice views of the lade and plenty of chairs and nooks to sit in. The only restaurant we tried onsite was the Waterfall Cafe for breakfasts which was outstanding with a very friendly group of waitresses. Would definitely return and stay.

Beautiful place for a relaxing few days. After running around all summer, this was a perfect spot to gather the family for a few quality restful days before settling into fall. The Inn was so cozy and homey with all those nooks and crannies to explore. I couldn't help but think this would be a perfect place to come in winter too. Little touches were appreciated and it was very quiet at night. Our room very comfortably fit all five of us. With the weather being gorgeous we spent lots of time by the lake. We are definitely heading back soon as we qualified for the special promotion of receiving another night free! Can't beat that value!!

Room Tip: I found it hard to choose from the hotel options of this resort and finally went for the room with b...

I chose this hotel/property based on reviews I had read on Trip Advisor. The reviews were all spot on. The resort itself is quite big, with four theme style hotels - all are charming. There are a number of restaurants located at each of the hotels with two in the Mills Falls Market Place. We stayed in the Chase House in a rather big suite. There were three of us so there was plenty of room. I will say that the furnishings are a bit worn, but he balcony had a view of Lake Winnipesaukee which was lovely. You can walk right across the street and stroll along the lake towards the Town Dock, which is a beach themed restaurant. We ate two meals at The Camp, which I highly recommend. The food was truly fabulous and the service was outstanding. We also had a meal at Giuseppe's, which was so crowded with a wait. It made us feel as though we were in a theme park standing in line for food. If you are in the Lake region in the summer stop by Gunstock Mountain Resort, especially if you have kids. They have an assortment of outdoor activities like Ziplines, off road Segway tours and much more.

Room Tip: The Inn and Spa at Mills Falls does have two properties right on the Lake, however, we stayed in the...

We have been to the inn several other times and have always experienced the best. This time our good friends from England were visiting us and wanted to see the Lake Region. So we decided to drive up and stay a night at the Inn. We had a great time and they as well as us were very happy about the accommodations. It's in a great location with plenty of food and shopping right in the same building. Aother grat outing for us at the Inn. Thanks!

We spent a night at the Inn whilst on a road trip of New England. The facilities are extremely convenient - the Inn is right on top of the Mill Falls shops and just a few minutes walk from the gym facilities at Church Landing.

The room was lacking a little in character but had all the amenities you would need - wifi/fridge/tv etc, and ours overlooked the lake which was beautiful. The reception team were extremely helpful pointing me in the direction of shops and helping book an evening meal. The cafe within in the complex - Cafe Waterfall served delicious home cooked breakfasts in a quaint environment in the morning too.

Room Tip: Opt for a room overlooking the lake, my father had one overlooking the shopping complex - really not...

We have stayed in high-end accommodations around the world and found, for the price, our room at the Inn at Mills Falls, was more spacious, comfortable, with decor that fits with the environment, than many that we've paid double for. Outdated? Not really. Instant wi-fi was pretty "today". Nice little balcony, a gas fireplace, and it was great for us to open our door walk down the hall to a highly rated TripAdvisor breakfast/lunch venue. If it happens to be raining, you can eat, do some shopping, comfortably sleep without leaving cover, or the property. There are higher-end accommodations among the properties under the same ownership that look worth exploring as well. Great place to host a conference, wedding,or family reunion.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant.

Another plus: we usually vacation in the summer on Cape Cod, MA with wall-to-wall people and vehicles in late July. The joy of open roads, quiet waterfront areas around THE lake were a treat. We were there Wednesday-Friday, so have no idea about weekend pressure on the area.

Room Tip: Room 320 was lovely. Indoor pool right below room.

The Inn at Mill Falls has the feel of a Bed and Breakfast. The staff is warm and welcoming. But there is nothing "Old Fashioned" or "Out Dated" about this place! Amenities include wi-fi, comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV. They even had night lights in both the bedroom and bathroom! (I never encounter this! I always carry my own when I travel!) It is not unusual for a hotel to have coffee and tea available in the lobby, but in all my travels I've never encountered the availability of hot chocolate as well. And take a walk down the hall to look at the falls, it's exhilarating!

Room Tip: If views are important to you, ask for a view of the lake. And if this is a special occasion, ask fo...
