We really liked our meals here, and our server was friendly and attentive (we love it when a server just brings a soft drink refill without having to be asked).
If we could change one thing it would be for the management to insist that staff hold their conversations out back away from customers. Granted we were there relatively early so there were quite a few staffers who didn't have tables to wait on, but after half an hour I heard way more than I cared to know about the personal lives of people who worked there, their friends, what they hate, who they hate, who got drunk last week etc etc. We've eaten at other Bertuccis because we like the menu and none of them have ever served us a bad meal. Just, please, shhhh.
