Description: Welcome to KC's Rib Shack Barbecue restaurant. New Hampshire's favorite BBQ for close to two decades. At KC's Rib Shack, serving the world's finest hickory-smoked ribs and BBQ is our passion. Our food and exceptional service are definitely two things we take seriously. No white tablecloths here, you'll sit at butcher paper covered tables under the Christmas lights and pull from a roll of paper towels to wipe our homemade BBQ sauces from your face. Our Southern style Barbeque, Bar-B-Que, Bar-B-Cue, just Q, or however you spell it, is seasoned with our own recipe of different dry rubs and cooked without sauce. Its then cut to order and prepared straight from our smokers which run 24 hours a day...

Had some time to kill before catching a flight at Manchester Airport (only about 10-15 minutes away), was hungry, it was lunch time and had found this place on Tripadvisor.com. Took me a little while to find it (only because I am unfamiliar with the area), but it was WELL WORTH the search. The minute you walk in, you can tell by the smells that greet you that your meal is going to be great. Best ribs I've had in a long, long time. My 12 year old daughter and I consumed a third-rack and half-rack (resp.) platter and probably would have stayed for dinner if we didn't have a flight to catch. Cornbread and sides were every bit as good as the ribs. If you're looking for a sophisticated restaurant with noveau cuisine, keep driving. If you want a simple place with awesome dry-rub ribs (I would guess that everything on that menu was as good as what I had), do not pass up on this place!

Onion rings were not at all greasy and very crisp and fresh. The platter of food we got, for 2, was actually enough food for 4. The meats were tender and delicious and the beans were very tasty. I would strongly recommend KC's rib shack to everyone.
