...Kind and helpful staff convenient to hotel ...decent food, fair pricing and discount from staying at adjacent hotel...worth a return

First time at this restaurant for us and unfortunately it will be our last. Their web site said reservations only for Father's day AND the buffet would include their "famous ribs". Well, after arriving about 8 min. late(11:38 AM), we still had to wait another 12 min.for our table. The table was not set and when we asked for water, we were provided 5 glasses for the 6 of us and they placed a pitcher of water on the table- (it appeared everyone else had their water poured-but no big thing). The waitress got our 2- drink order, explained what was on the buffet and left. She returned later with the drinks and that was the last time we saw her for the next 40 min. We had to clear our own plates. There were none of the famous ribs! They ran out after just 1 hr.! The manager stated they had a lot of "walkins" and ran out of ribs! So we waited for the table while the walking ate.,AND they didn't have a sufficient number of ribs to last more that 1 hr. of service (the service goes to 2pm) ! Personally I think they just wanted to save on food costs.
The rest of the buffet was either cold or of poor quality. The roast beef was full of fat and Gristle- certainly poor quality beef. The deserts were obviously store bought- some strawberries were still thawing and the whipped cream was artificial and tasted terrible.
The small meatballs were also from a package. The French toast was cold and mostly toast!

The kitchen staff that came out to refill the various buffet items were a motley crew. Dressed in dirty, stained whites, and very unkempt hair act.

In summary, the food was equal to that of a school cafeteria, the service was non-existent and the atmosphere was that of a homeless shelter. We checked the yard off our bucket list and so should you !

I was hesitant to try this restaurant but it is only a short walk from the Best Western. Upon being seated I was told that at the end of the salad bar were 2 dips, cheese and crackers that were complimentary. Very nice to have with a glass of wine! I ordered a special which included the salad bar. The salad bar was small, but the items were fresh. My fish (cod) dinner was tasty and the service was just right, not hurried but attentive. The decor is dark, but I was there on a foggy, rainy night so it was ok. All in all, a nice meal.

Was here for a quick bite during a business trip. I got the bacon-wrapped scallops and salad bar. It was okay, but nothing that I couldn't get at a chain restaurant. The only plus to this place is that it's easily accessible from the Best Western Plus...But then again so are many other better options...

The Easter Buffet was awful! If you had big party, you were lucky to sit near the buffet. If you were a smaller party, they sat you on the other side of the restaurant. You had to walk through three rooms before you reached the buffet....including the bar! The food was just bad all the way around. I was so disappointed in the whole experience. I should have gone to Applebees. A lot cheaper and the food would have been better.
