I was there with friends and family for dinner on a Saturday night prior to a Manchester Monarchs game. We sat it the back room where we were seated at a bar-like table for 8. It happened to be Happy Hour with $2 drafts (most beers) and half price appetizers. Our server Keith was very friendly and helpful. Since Guinness was not included as part of the Happy Hour special, our server recommended Backwoods Bas***d instead. My husband liked it very much. They have a very large selection of craft brews available, and most of them were part of the Happy Hour special. Normally if you're paying $2 for a beer, you're limited Bud Light. For appetizers we ordered Buffalo Wings, Nuclear Wings, nachos with chili, quesadillas, and fried pickles. The Buffalo Wings were fairly wimpy, the Nuclear was more along the lines of a real Buffalo wing, definitely not what we'd consider Nuclear. We loved the nachos, the chili had great flavor, quesdillas were very good, and we liked the pickles too (wait for them to cool a bit before eating. One of our party is not a beer drinker, our server went out of his way to find options for her. She had a mixed drink called "A Mess" which was tasty, but strong so she didn't want two. There wasn't much of a wine selection, so our server recommended a Stella Cidre which was a big hit. We chowed so many appetizers that we decided to skip dinner. The next time that we're at a Manchester Monarchs game, we will definitely be stopping in to Murphy's again.
