This small cafe type restaurant serves the best food in Manchester and the service is excellent. If you are going for lunch, get there early as it fills up quick.ly.

We have gone twice this month and will be back...they had me at the pita bread!! They use as many fresh, local ingredients as possible and the service has been wonderful both times. We love that they are vegetarian-friendly (would like to see a few more vegan entree options - for dessert, the vegan chocolate cake is sooooo good). You can really tell that the owners are very passionate about their food!!

We were flying out of Manchester Airport and needed a spot for dinner. After consulting TA and seeing it was a highly rated farm to table restaurant we gave it a go. The ambiance was warm, slightly eclectic bistro. The kids (Tweens) loved their house made sodas: vanilla cream and pink lemonade. I was feeling a cold coming on and our delightful server offered to make me his special hot toddy, with lemon, chili powder and rum. It did the trick beautifully. The kid's flatbread pizzas were delicious and just enough after the plate of hand cut frites. Our hummus plate was tasty and our pasta and app muscles satisfying with a hearty does of Mediterranean flavors. We will put Republic Cafe on regular rotation as we head to and from our ski weekends. Excellent.

It was one of the first restaurants we tried in Manchester. The food was good and it tasted like it was homemade with very fresh ingredients. We did think it was a bit expensive for what we got and the plates were small. Overall, the food was good and fresh.
