“Best of the best”

Love 'my Mint Bistro' ! Consistent excellence in all respects- perfectly located on Elm Street, Mint Bistro boasts a fine menu (recently updated once again!) with a wide variety of absolutely delicious and interesting lunch or dinner choices......something for everyone, for sure. Chef Steve is brilliant in culinary arts yet humble and unassuming- he has created AMAZING twists on some traditional dishes that simply delight! With a pleasant ambience and comfortable seating throughout, and the best food and finest restaurant staff around, Mint Bistro is top-notch ! Special thanks to Owner Tim and GM Jacci with their friendly and professional ever-presence, they are very dedicated and talented individuals who are determined to ensure wonderful dining experiences Some exciting new additions to the already fabulous menu - the Chili/Coriander Seared Yellowfin tuna, the 13-Herb marinated coconut chicken, a Key lime blackened Faroe island Salmon, and a Mediterranean Lamb dish. Some of my 'old' favorites Risotto Verdure, Pei mussels, Maryland crab cakes, Vegan Pad Thai and the Goat cheese fritters . Delicious wide variety of beautiful menu choices that are sure to please. Also, Lots of very popular perfectly fresh and amazing sushi/sashimi offerings that are scrumptious. Mint Bistro's wonderfully talented staff needs to once again, be recognized - Tim, Jacci, Mel, Adam, Ashley, Racheal, Robin, Amy, Haley......thank you so much for all you do . You make every day special for me and for so many others. See you soon !

“The Mint Bistro is mint!”
Reviewed May 31, 2014

My wife and live in Concord NH and decided on a kidless Friday night to visit Manch (Manchester NH) for dinner. On a whim, I pulled up the Mint Bistro's website, and was pleasantly surprised to see all of the offerings. It didn't take too long to decide where we were dining that night.

We were pleasantly greeted and seated by Jackie a half hour before our listed reservation, which was cool.

Not only was the food and service awesome at this establishment, but the value was right on as well. My wife had the herb baked haddock (awesome) and I the steak frites (the frites were thincut, and delicious, as was the steak - great cut). The bottle of Garnet pinot noir (Monterey) that we shared was paired perfectly with my entree.

Our server Ashley commanded every bit and more of the 20 plus % tip that we left her. She made sure that our every wish was satiated. She had a good knowledge of wine as well. Tim,
the owner, made sure to stop by an introduce himself. These folks run a very tight ship and it shows.

The only con that I could begin to think of was the seating, which is dated and worn out. This definitely could stand an upgrade.

We'll definitely be back.

“Great sushi, loud restaurant”
Reviewed May 11, 2014

The Mint Bistro is a very good restaurant for both sushi and typical American fare, which is appealing for couples and groups who don't all like sushi. The atmosphere is nice, but was very loud when we were there on a Friday night. I wouldn't suggest this as a weekend date night spot, unless conversation isn't a must. The food was excellent - we had some great varieties of sushi, and out friends had the short ribs. Also, the beer selection was good, and the Mai Tais were excellent. Definitely a highly recommended restaurant in the Elm Street area.
