I've been here several times now and I love the combinations that they offer as part of their signature pizzas. The ingredients they have available for toppings are excellent and they always offer EVOO and the usual parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes at the tables to make the pizzas a perfect experience.

We waited for almost an hour, while there were 4to5 tables empty. Staff lost in another world. Never again.

We really liked the food here! The pizza was yo die for and the antipasto was one of the best we've had. The server was wonderful and the atmosphere comfortable even with out small kids. We will definitely be back.

Usually the very best pizza...and do know pizza having live in Chicago! The last three visits have been worse each time. Under-done crust or burnt, over-sweet tomato sauce and deteriorating service. So sad to see this excellent restaurant failing

First, it's a bit hard to get into the this place if you are a first timer. There is no entrance from Dow Street....just a big fence all around this place. Eventually you'll figure it out and once inside the gates, there is plenty of parking.

We went on a Sunday night, not crowded at all, but our chicken wing appetizer and pizza took a long time. We finished 2 mixed drinks each waiting. The wings were great. Not deep fried! Nice Italian seasoning on them with a delicious parmesan peppercorn dressing to dip.

For pizza we got their plain cheese pizza with meatballs (the house specialty is the meatballs). One pizza was plenty for the two of us. I did see a fair amount of to-go pizzas getting picked up....maybe that slowed down the cook time.

Don't go if you are in a hurry, but if you want delicious pizza this is the place.

They have a nice large lighted deck for outdoor seating once the weather warms up.

Thank you so much for the wonderful (forgiving) review. My guess is you were correct. The to go order probably went in right before your order which slowed it down. We are usually faster than that. I'm just disappointed that no one said anything :-(. I will review that with the staff. I also love the fact that are wings are NOT deep fried but are delicious! I apologize for the difficulty getting in...I fell in love with the old mill building and the granite wall. I don't know why the city has it on Dow street but the best directions are on our website. Thanks for not giving up. I always say....Hard to find but worth the hunt! Priscilla
