“"World's longest candy counter"”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 4, 2013

While this definitely was the longest (it made the Guiness Book of World Records) it definitely was not the most impressive. I can think of many country store's that have a lot better candy selection for much cheaper! The store was cute and I did buy a small bag but it was way overpriced at $11/lb! In fact almost everything in the store was overpriced! But I still bought a cut hand made cat mug for my boyfriend that he liked.

“Candy stretching forever”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2013

All of the reviews that i've read are absolutely correct! The most/best selection of sweets that i have ever seen or tasted. Mostly we bought goodies for the grandkids and when we returned home, the hit of the day were the Moose shaped, maple syrup lollies. The fudge samples were a temptation not to be refused and the result was an additional purchase. O well - that's what vacations are all about. Being excited to see the worlds longest candy counter, we did not see the parking meters - you can guess the result - a $5.00 ticket which i paid when i drove to the police station at the edge of town - a fair price for such a great experience

“OMG”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2013

We should not have steeped in the door!

Of course we purchased & ate delicious fudge (after several generous samples)', a selection of old favourites that are hard to find... And some new one us Aussies had not seen before....plus some great gifts for people back home. Chatters has a range of fun gifts. Yep, we left the shop a lot poorer and had a fun experience. Must confess we went twice!

“Oh my teeth!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2013

When we walked into this store our teeth started to ache. Certainly not a criticism, this store had more candy than New Hampshire has trees. But even if you don't like candy (we didn't buy any, health reasons), they have so much more to offer. Souvenirs beyond your All I got was a lousy t-shirt. And in this category, we bought. Worth stopping, even if you are only driving through.

“Best candy selection anywhere!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

Chutters has candy that will bring back memories. Mary Janes, Squirrels, Mint Juleps and more. Wall to wall to wall candy choices. Best of all is their homemade fudge in so many flavors. Gets very crowded on weekends. It is a little on the expensive side but you can't find a large enough selection to please everyone anywhere else.
