The room was clean, cute and rustic. The desk was friendly and helpful. The town was wonderful. I loved this motel and town.

This motel is an excellent find in a great little town. I could not believe how clean and nicely kept this motel is. It is as close to perfect a motel can get! I have stayed at a lot of motels in my many rode trips, lots of chains and independent motels, many are just worn out from years of abuse and few appear to ever be refreshed. The Littleton Motel, "The First Motel in New Hampshire" Is very clean and comfortable with nicely appointed rooms and in a perfect location. You can walk right into town. The employees are all super friendly too! We only stayed one night, but next time I am going to stay a whole month!

We stayed one night at Littleton Motel .I thought Littleton would be a quiet little place, it is in fact a busy small town.We had a room very near the road, and behind it was a busy car park and a donut shop.It was quite noisy during the evening and early morning with traffic and customers and another business there loading their van.The air conditioning unit in the window did not help as noise came through it.Things quietened down around 10pm.The room was quite large, beds comfy, drinks were available at the office,I thought the bathroom was a little on the small side, but everthing was clean. The staff were very pleasant.I think the price was fair for the location, but wished we had a different room.Littleton has several places to eat,we enjoyed the diner across the road which was interesting and resonably priced.Handy for the major roads.

Room Tip: Ask for a poolside room .

Clean-comfortable motel units. Bathrooms are all up to date and the shower has great water pressure. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Owners very pleasant, helpful and accommodating!
The only drawback is the lack of light in the room- at night when one of the bulbs burned out it was very hard to see my suitcase or find a battery in my camera bag. Needs more lights-either floor lamps or ceiling fixtures-
Very comfortable place to stay and within walking distance of shops and restaurants!

Room Tip: Rooms closer to the main road are noiser since semis roll thru town at all hours.

We stayed in Littleton only for one night, and I wish we've stayed for more...
The room was big and comfortable, and very clean. There were a microwave and a fridge, which were very useful.
The price was fair, and the hosts were really nice and pleasant.

I stayed in this motel from March 1 to April 12, 2010 after a 5,000-mile round-about drive from Seattle, WA., to find a winter home in New England's North Woods. If you want posh, this isn't for you, but it's as good and well maintained as places years younger and many $$$ fancier. I happily recommend it to others and expect to return. My bed was comfortable, the room was always warm (on cold nights) clean, quiet, and—although lacking cooking facilities—in walking distance to several friendly restaurants varying from dependable to excellent in quality and ranging from French, Chinese and Thai to American in taste. I never had a bad meal in Littleton; the Coffee Pot at the north end of Main Street fills each morning with the most congenial “regulars” of any place where I’ve ever had breakfast on either coast or between, and the town bookstore is a wonder! The WiFi was adequate for my limited needs and the motel owner, George Bourikas and his staff, between working on off-season improvements and maintenance, were consistently solicitous, without becoming annoying. of this 80-year-old citified house-hunting retiree. What more could I ask ?
