I had booked with Profile Motel to take the Grandchildren to Clark's Trading Post due to availability and proximity and price.

We were all surprised and impressed with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the owner Jim, a true gentleman.

This place can be summed up as "Best Value Accommodations".

We enjoyed the pool and you have to go for breakfast just across the street.

We will be back.

Room Tip: Be sure to tell Jim what kind of accommodations you are looking for and trust his recommendations.

We came over from the UK with my daughter, wife and grandchildren for a short break in New Hampshire. The larger house on the property was booked up, and we did not want the extra cost of booking two cabins, so we choose the suite, which is two motel rooms joined, there was a small kitchen, and the a settee bed, plus a single and a Queen bed, the rooms were spotless.

The children loved the small river at the back of the property, the fire pit, and the large swimming pool, location great for Lincoln sites like Flume and Clark`s trading post, and a trip on the Hobo, prices good for peak season.

This was my third visit to the Profile.
Jim and all the staff were great.
The room was amazingly clean.
We stayed in the suite, which is rooms 9 and 10, which gives you an extra room with the a sofa, TV, and a small kitchen area.

The grounds and pool were in great shape as well.

I will be back for sure !

My wife and I stayed in Cabin #8. The cabins are on the edge of the woods in an attractive setting. Ours had a queen bed. Very comfortable. Although it was August, we turned on the heat, as the temperature outside dipped into the 40's. The cabin had a screened in porch with two chairs. The place is 'old' New Hampshire rustic! Nothing elaborate. Very clean. In the evening there is often a bonfire around which guests sit and chat. Lovely setting. The office is open 24 hours for those who would like some coffee (Keurig) at any hour. Jim, the owner, is very personable, polite, and friendly.
Don't expect a fancy 5 star facility. Profile Cottages provides very clean, basic accomodations located in a lovely part of the White Mts.

Room Tip: Cabin 8 is the furthest from the road. Very quiet and clean.

My family and I stayed here for three nights at the end of July in the suite. The location was fantastic, the room was exactly what we were looking for and the owners were fantastic. The descriptions on their website were accurate and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room Tip: Suite has 1 bathroom off main bedroom that has a double and twin bed. Sitting room has a pullout sof...

My wife and I stayed in Cottage #2 for two nights. The cabin, while smaller, had a good sized screened in porch for us. Bed was decent and the the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Free Wifi was strong most of the time. The staff were excellent and were always available to provided whatever information or assistance was needed. They recommended the "before 5pm" 1/2 price appetizers at the Woodstock Inn & Brewery just down the road and it turned into our supper choice both days we were there. There are 8 small cottages along with a couple of multi-bedroom buildings in addition to the ten or so standard motel rooms at the front of the highway. They also have a good sized pool, volleyball set-up, horseshoe pit, a couple of metal charcoal grills with accompanying picnic tables, basketball hoop and a fire pit - which they had going on the 2nd night we were there. There is a small creek that runs behind the standalone cottages but we really didn't hear it, but it didn't matter. We still really enjoyed this very reasonably priced cottage that's close to everything just outside Franconia Notch State Park.

Room Tip: All the 8 smaller cabins look to have the same set up so any numbered cabin should be fine. Cabin 1...

We had a comfortable stay at the Profile Motel for 1 night. We had the motel room which was spacious with 2 comfy dbl beds. The room was pretty basic but we had a mini fridge, microwave and a TV, The owner, who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful with tips on places to eat, things to do in the area and even pointed out a place for us to go moose watching! They also have free coffee in the Office. We were very happy with our stay here. There was a heated outdoor pool we did not get a chance to use and the place is located within minutes to restaurants and the Clarks Trading Post.
Just keep in mind it is a motel, so things are pretty basic( I used my own toiletries) but this place was very neat and clean and bed was comfortable which is what matters to me.

Room Tip: If it is just 2 people I would recommend the cottages in the back by the woods, they looked very qua...
