I would definitely recommend staying at Pollard Brook. It is very family friendly with a beautiful pool, plenty of well planned activities on site, and a great location to Lincoln attractions. We were able to get to all of our activities like Clarks Trading Post and Hobo Railroad in a matter of minutes. The location of the resort was still surprisingly private and secluded and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Lincoln. The only downside is that since we are not owners there and used our points to trade for a unit, we were placed at the bottom floor of a building that you had to use an elevator to get to. This wasn't the most convenient location and added additional time if we forgot just one thing in the room because it took a few minutes to get down there and back up. It also did not provide with a view of the mountain the way in which the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors did. This was not a large issue and shouldn't deter anyone from staying here. It is just important to know if you have small children and lot of belongings to lug along like we did.

Hi Brittany - We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Just a reminder that if you do make a reservation, you can call and request a unit above the ground floor. If we can make it happen we will, we just cannot guarantee that we can make it happen, but we will certainly try our best! We hope you come back and visit again soon!

We have owned a timeshare week here now since 2015 and are so glad we do. The resort seems to have its' act together in terms of service and value. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. The resort is clean and pretty well maintained. Little by little they are remodeling things at the resort. Most recently they re-did the men and womens' locker rooms, for example.

They just changed out the mattresses and bedding in our corner loft unit and also installed a new patio door. Although we are in the original, aka old, building, the unit itself had been fixed up and is comfortable. It has 2 big screen TV's- one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. A fireplace. Everything you need for the most part. Our unit has a nice view of the mountains and surrounded by birch trees and overlooks the tennis courts. We can hear the relaxing sounds of Pollard Brook running along side our building.

They provide daily trash removal and towel exchange- and any supplies you might need restocked. Pool towels are provided by the front desk. Has an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and kiddie pool.

There is a walkway that connects our building to the lobby and gym/pools/recreation area, which is nice so we don't have to walk through the parking lot to get to those.

There is an ongoing issue with a water/roof leak in the second bedroom upstairs in our unit that they just can't seem to get fixed. And we did have an issue with the AC in that bedroom spewing out some kind of dirt- not sure what it is as it never happened in the past. But- 2 calls to the desk and they sent someone up to look at it and clean it., though it still needs some further work as it is still doing this. The window upstairs has also been cracked for a few years. Not sure why they don't fix these things- my guess is money. But- they are attentive to listening to any concerns you might have at least.

There are some nice planned activities you can partake in- some free and some for a nominal fee. The concierge can also get you discount tickets to local attractions. The resort location is great for exploring the White Mountain region. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby in Lincoln and also live theater and a movie theater. Easy access to I 93 provides a convenient option to explore other areas.

There is a paved recreation path that can be easily accessed from the resort property and runs one way into town or the other to Loon Resort along the Pemigewasset River. There is also a playground, basketball court, fire pit (where they have a bonfire and snacks and smores with live music one night per week), tennis courts and a volley ball court on the resort grounds.

Parking here is easy- pretty much right out your door. There are stairs- no elevator. Laundry is in the basement of the building- 2 washers ($1.50) and 2 dryers ($1.00).

We love visiting Franconia Notch- just 15 minutes up 93. Also, Sugar Hill, Littleton, Bath. Also, driving the Kanc and visiting North Conway and Bartlett and the Mt Washington and Bretton Woods area. And down towards Waterville Valley and also further to the Lakes Region and even Concord.

This is a big outdoorsy kind of area as you can imagine. The place for hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, zip lining, stand up paddle board, - that sort of stuff.

Overall, a really nice resort to enjoy all the White Mountain Region has to offer or to just spend some relaxing time at. Highly recommend.

Room Tip: I always like units on a top floor or one that is a loft with no one above.

My husband and I stayed at the InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook for our honeymoon and it was beyond amazing! We had such a good time we ended up staying an additional two nights. Everyone at the front desk was beyond amazing! They answered our billion questions and were very helpful, especially with the daily post cards I mailed out. They have a little in-resort store that sells snacks and essentials and also rents out movies. Everything was cheaply priced and convenient. The front desk has games, decks of cards, or equipment that you can sign out for free as well. The resort itself has two large pools (one inside/one outside), a kiddie pool, a hot tub, two locker rooms, a sauna, a fitness center, a game room with billiards, arcade games, ping pong, and air hockey, and outdoor basketball court, volleyball court, jungle gym, and fire pit. There are also small barbecue stations around the resort. We were also able to book messages in the hotel through the front desk. The maintenance team was on point and the nightly maintenance was quick and responsive. Everything was clean and spacious. Despite having families on all sides of us, we couldn't hear a single thing! My husband and I were new to the area and the activities coordinators were amazing with suggestions. They went above and beyond to find us everything we were looking for and researching the best options. Because of them we found amazing places to visit! I would (and already have) recommended InnSeasons to anyone going to the area. The resort location itself is in the middle of every area attraction and close enough to restaurant and stores while still having that secluded feel! The views from our room were stunning and well worth the trip. We will definitely be returning!

Pollard Brook is a wonderful family oriented place to bring your family or to stay if you are a couple looking to get away and relax.
The staff is generous with their help and assistance. The grounds are excellent and the rooms and facilities are clean.

Room Tip: Upper floors provide a better view of Loon mountain and the surrounding hills

The resort has (except for breakfast) everything that you could wish for: large and clean rooms furnished with all you need, nice pool, good fitness room, helpful staff. We arrived with four instead of the registered three persons and that could be accomodated easily in a family room.
