The room was outdated at Streamside Building unit 439. Bedding needed to be clean. Also the bathroom had mold on it. Go to http://my.inbox.com/photos/mikefaris77/index.aspx

Make sure you bring your own sleeping bags. Since the murphy bed is not comfortable.

We found this Inn to be comfortable, and warm, both literally and hospitality wise.
I went skiing with my teen-age son and found the rooms to be spacious and clean, only a little worn. We enjoyed the way the fake fireplace was able to warm the living room so quickly. Nice jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Very adequate kitchen. Our view of the mountain was lovely. Excellent fitness center and game room although the computers in the lobby were slow ( but free). Did not test the indoor pool.
The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to assist us.
I would definitely recommend this Inn. It is close to anyone.

This was the summer Noah spoke of....

As the title says, it rained a lot and so we spent a lot of time in our hotel room. We stayed in the sister resort down the road (South Mountain) and were so blown away that we looked forward to this stay. No comparison. South Mountain was better, but it wasn't a fair comparison. South Mountain was brand new. Pollard Brook units were in the process of being overhauled and we got the bum unit (a one bedroom). It was spacious and a great location but it needed updating. Kitchen was okay with the amenities promised. The living room had a Murphy bed which wasn't comfortably but the kids didn't seem to mind (they were 5).

Two other things to be aware of. The detergent they used for the laundry detergent contained some sort of irritant. I normally don't have sensitive skin but I felt like I had ants crawling all over me the entire time. Second, the chlorine in the indoor pool was out of balance. Our eyes stung horribly when we were there. I hsould have said something, but never got to it.

Good:
Spacious room, all undergoing renovation due to be completed by this winter, I think
Great location for skiing (Loon is next door)
Great location for outdoor activities in general
Great staff
Resort activities (S'mores campfires a couple of times a week during summer)

Bad:
Chemicals in pool
Irritants in landry detergent
Onsite laundry was really expensive and always occupied

This resort is a great place for families with all the amenities of home. Since this is a timeshare property, you are getting a full kitchen, laundry on property, great indoor pool, playground, gameroom and a deck with a view.

we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very confortable had a very good kitchen
with dishwasher. the only disadvantage was that november is off season and the place was dead. most of the shop were closed but there was a small supermarket nearby where you can buy most things. most restaurants close very early. i am sure that during the skiing season the place is totally different. i would stay here again but not off season

We are new owners with InnSeasons and this was part of trying out all the local resorts in the network. I asked for a newly renovated unit, we got a two bedroom in Jackman lodge. The unit was spotless, with a whirlpool tub, dishwasher, oven, 3 TVs and a little balcony overlooking the mountains. The interiors are not over the top luxury, but very very nice. Location was very good, if you ski, this is great. Service was friendly, accomodating, and I am hard to please! Overall, great stay, we brought some friends who all loved the place.

We enjoyed one week in a 2 bedroom exchanged unit through II. The check in was smooth & they had my internet device ready for me (without me even asking!!) at the desk. It was $25.00 for the week but well worth it as I had to work & also was great for checking on trails to hike, places to eat, etc. The unit was large with a FULLY equipped kitchen (there was even a list of items you could use/request ie: lobster pot, coasters, etc. It was very clean everywhere in the unit. We could not hear our neighbors on either side at all! Our king bed was terrific but unfortunately even though there were 4 twin beds upstairs they were all ROCK hard. The boys complained but after hiking all day they slept anyway. The two bathrooms were great, the showers warm & lots of pressure. The guys like the gym. They said it was big & lots of equipment. The indoor pool was chilly but the outdoor pool was heated & the hot tub was quite big & hot. It was terrific!
The staff from the front desk to the maintenance & housekeepers were so friendly I wanted to move there. We were VERY impressed. The view from our balcony was beautiful of Loon Mountain. The town of Lincoln & nearby North Woodstock were quaint & fun. We enjoyed hiking a few trails. The restaurants we enjoyed were Gordi's, North Woodstock Inn, Alburrito's in Littleton (fabulous food). We cooked in several times as well. It was a wonderful stay in a fabulous resort.
