“Not a Reflection of Workers, But Management Decisions”
Reviewed October 9, 2013

This DD is consistently understaffed during leaf season/fall to the point of being a joke. 20+ minutes to get a coffee, garbage overflowing out of cans outside, bathrooms uncared for. There is no way that only 3 or 4 people can be expected to keep up with the crowds, let alone keep it clean. Management really needs to rethink this. Every time we visit, it is the same situation. They should plan ahead. Coffee and donuts good DD fare, just a dreadful wait.

“Amazing workers!”
Reviewed September 30, 2013 via mobile

Love D&D coffee. Loved the three (3) workers who were waiting on over 200 customers an hour for the day. With smiles on their faces at 4pm for every customer and coordination worth of a Broadway show! They deserve raises and profit sharing bonuses, seriously.

We stopped at this store after driving the Kancamagus Highway on our motorcycles. The roads were bumper to bumper traffic, it was a perfect autumn day, the foliage was spectacular, the White Mountains always impressive.

To the management of this store: there should have been two or three more workers because there was no toilet paper in the ladies room, the floors were such a mess behind the counter it was dangerous, the food choices were minimal, and we waited in line for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Appalling, and all because you were dreadfully under staffed. We have the same size store in my home town and there is always six (6) to ten (10) people working. I've never waited more than 4 minutes for a coffee at any other big and busy D&D.

Had to try these doughnuts and were not disappointed. Brilliant place for a quick bite and what a choice. Coffee isn't bad either!
