“Great burgers!”

Don't miss this place! For a great--old timey burger-- offered in some creative ways. Nice relaxed atmosphere with great service. Even at a busy lunch time, waitress kept my drink glass full.

“Amazing Food; Poor Service!”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

The food is amazing and the apple tart is not to be missed! It is one of the best I've ever had.

We ordered our food to go after a long day of traveling. The waitress was harried and barely acknowledged our request for a table and to go order. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean. It was mostly college students eating and drinking.

We sat for 15 minutes before placing our order. We then waited another 35 minutes for our food. We were loudly (the waitress shouted over a table) asked to leave our table since customers were coming in and stood waiting while my food sat at the counter. The staff was rude, the waitress made quite a show of being overwhelmed by holding her head and sighing, plus it took too long to just ring up our order.

The food was worth it though! I especially appreciate that the French Fries and Onion Rings are not fried with fish and they have great vegetarian options.

“Love this place”
Reviewed September 10, 2013 via mobile

For a nice relaxing lunch make sure you try this place. I had a really good grilled cheese on homemade white bread. Only time I ever eat white bread is on grilled cheese. Old school all the way! My husband had a cheeseburger that was looked mouthwatering even though I don't eat beef!

“Great Burgers in the Mountains”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

There is a varied menu but we had the mushroom swiss burger and a cheese burger on a pretzel role. The waffle sweet potato fries are worth the extra money. We mentioned that the ice tea was too strong, it was taken off our check without us asking. Our server was most pleasant and precise in each of our special requests.

“Great burgers”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

I had a really nice dinner experience at this spot. The staff was very friendly and the burger and beer choices were good. I had their very well made veggie burger, and the housemade baked beans as a side were excellent too. Only warning is that they close relatively early in the evening--the kitchen closed that night at 8PM and some folks that came in after I did were turned away.
