When it comes to roast beef, I am an expert. And Jon's roast beef is tied for first place when it comes to top-notch roast beef sandwiches, but more importantly to those visiting the area, it is tops in New England. You would have to drive about three days to get to a place where you could eat a comparably delicious sandwich. You can have them make it anyway you want. I have them put their horseradish sauce on mine, but my mother loves the BBQ sauce too. Something important to note for planning purposes is that unless you ask for it dry, the sandwich is pretty wet with the sauces and needs to be eaten in a reasonable amount of time after preparation.
