I Stay at Courtyards exclusively for business.
The sink faucet in room 502 has very little pressure. Takes 5 minutes to wash soap off your hands or face. Very annoying. Shower however, has good pressure.
King Mattress is low quality or worn out; every little movement of partner is telegraphed.
There should not be problems like this in a $499/nite room (rate posted on doors).
This is feedback on all Courtyards......When they make up the beds, why do they put the dirty cushion and/or bedspread right over top of the clean pillows?? I assume pillow cases are washed between customers? If pillowcases are washed, why would you wrap something dirty over them, or lay a dirty cushion on top?
Everything else about the rooms was excellent, except for these items. For the price, I have to to rate it as above -average for a basic hotel, to slightly below average for a courtyard.
