“Even as an adult...”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

My family and I have been going to Santa's Village since I was 3 years old, its always a wonderful memory. The Christmas ambiance is everywhere, but not tacky or overwhelming.

Favorite part is the cookie decorating station, and of course the "Elphabet" Game, highly recommend doing that!

I love seeing the reindeer, I always remember them having an all white one, but I'm not so sure now.

Overall, a highly fun visit that is less expensive than most theme parks, but still lovely!

“Santa's Village a Winter Wonderland!”
Reviewed December 30, 2012

Be sure you dress warm when you visit this place and expect to drive pretty far from anywhere to get there (almost 4 hours from Boston and 2 from Portland) But worth the trip for sure!! We went the last day before Xmas and it snowed all day!!! It was fabulous, I just wish we had dressed warmer!! Once dark hit with the lights, it was amazing!! Riding a roller coaster (kiddie), swings, and all kinds of rides in the Winter is even more fun. I though the food was good and healthier choices from other places I've been. Much more reasonably priced food also than any other parks I've been to. A great memory for kids!! Loved it!!

“Pre-Christmas Visit”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

We have been to Santa's Village in the summer before and always thought that it would be a great place to go prior to Christmas. We were not disappointed. Most of the rides were open, despite the cold temperatures (below freezing all day and snowing). The Christmas lights and decorations were amazing, the reindeer were incredible and the park staff were super friendly. Overall, this was a great experience; however, I just could not bring myself to giving this 5 stars as it does not compare to other, better parks (i.e., Disney, Universal). However, for what it is (a small, New England theme park) it is superb.

Amazing, incredible, super friendly, a great experience, and a superb park -- that's quite a list of compliments, and we appreciate each one of them! Three generations of the family that created Santa's Village are celebrating their 60th anniversary as your hosts in 2013, and looking forward to many more great visits with families like yours in the future.

“Like Being in a Christmas Movie”
Reviewed December 5, 2012

We were there 12/1 when it was 16 degrees and light snow falling. All the lights, snow, building and staff made us feel like we were in a christmas movie. Everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful, premises were very clean. Highly recommend going this time of year. My kids, 7-16, all loved it, and want to do this every year.

“Best visit yet.”
Reviewed December 3, 2012

Visited Santa's Village on Sunday. Weather was mild for a change which was a plus. Ticket prices were reasonable and entry lines moved faster this year as an additional entrance window was added. All of the favorites were there. Visited Santa's house started with hot cider the met Santa and had photo. Went on all the rides. Lines were short. Stayed till about 4, kids were wiped out. As always my family really enjoyed our visit and will be back next Christmastime.
