We stayed here last year but didn't review at that time, but we loved it. It was our first vacation to New England, and it is exactly what you want an inn to be. The rooms were very authentic but comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We also enjoyed the little hamlet around the Wentworth. If you want a VERY calm and relaxing place, this is it.

Such a nice review....thank you for that.
Jackson is such a quaint little town and certainly the perfect spot for what I'm sure was a much needed getaway. Thank you for your return visit and we look forward to welcoming you back again next year.

Came up this past weekend for my sister in laws 30th birthday. We had three couples and we all had our own room in the Arden building. Loved the jacuzzi and the gas fireplace. We had room 411, it was small, but I loved the skylight above the jacuzzi and the room was very sunny during the day. Our breakfast was including both mornings and everything was delicious. We all had a great time and we'd definitely come back!

I'm so happy we were able to host you all for your sisters birthday. The Arden Cottage is a beautiful building and I do agree that 411 is probably one of the smaller rooms in their but the bathroom certainly does make up for it. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Thank you again for your review and we look forward to your next visit.

We enjoyed our 2nd wedding anniversary at The Wentworth and stayed 1 night. The room was big and had a fireplace and a private jacuzzi on the balcony. We loved the bed which was very comfy and the bathroom which had a separate vanity which was nice. The balcony jacuzzi was nice but our top halves froze as there were no windows to close. The cleaning staff should be sure to not have dirty linens and garbage bags at the front door it was the first thing we saw when going in and out of the building. The cleaning staff should care better for the jacuzzi as ours didn't look the cleanest. The service at check it was quick and the front desk was very helpful. We found the carpet in the building we stayed in to be a little outdated but not bad.

The breakfast service left much to be desired. The food wasn't great and service was very slow. It would be good to have the wait staff trained to not make fun of the people that they are serving. We did not find our request for a little butter to be that alarming when we have been served pancakes but the young girl serving us made a joke about it which ruined the experience.

Besides that the town is cute and the Inn is relaxing. We probably would stay elsewhere next getaway.

Thank you for your review. We will certainly take your suggestions regarding the laundry bags in the front lobby. I think a little more discreet location would be best.
I did also want to apologize for your experience regarding your breakfast service. There is no excuse for service like as we have much higher standards expected from our staff. Please accept my apologies again and I do hope you join us again so we can prove we are capable of better.

My husband and I only stayed at the Wentworth for a couple of nights, but cannot wait to go back. Our suite included a lovely fireplace, whirlpool tub, and an amazing steam shower. We were not only impressed with our accommodations, but also with the restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner each day. The best part, however, was that every member of the staff was very welcoming and extremely pleasant. We took advantage of the cross country skiing located right at the property and will stay at the Wentworth even if we return to downhill.....a short ride from the inn. We had a wonderful getaway and look forward to returning next year!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. The Fairlawn building is where you stayed I believe. It has so many wonderful amenities including the steam showers and jacuzzi tubs. Such a beautiful spot to relax. I'm also happy to pass your compliments on to the rest of the staff. You can tell they love what they do.
Can cross country get any easier? Right out the door, very convenient. Downhill is close by as well with Attitash, Cranmore, Black, Wildcat and Bretton Woods being just minutes away.
Thank you again for the review and we are looking forward to having you both back in the near future.
All the best,
Kathleen DeVitto, Director of Sales

My husband and I went to the Wentworth on our honeymoon, and couldn't have been happier. We stayed in the suites, and had an immaculate room, private hot tub, attentive staff... It was wonderful. The restaurant was wonderful, with a delicious breakfast served by friendly teen staff. The dinner was truly one of the best meals I have ever eaten, served by professional, and caring staff who are attentive to the last detail.
Extremely comfortable, private, beautiful accommodations, we were beyond pleased.
