Inn had just recently bought by a new owrner. Food was good although the Lobster Mac n Cheese was bland. Owner took the time to go table to table and talk to everyone. I would recommend this if you're looking for a romantic dinner. Nice atmoshere.

the preparation, presentation and flavors were wonderful. Ample portions, too. The setting was cozy and the waitstaff was friendly and so helpful. They even gave great ideas of what to see and how to get there.

Quiet place to have dinner in family. Food was very good, quiet atmosphere, good service. Parking spaces could be better as we have to cross the street ans the area is quite dark.

so as you can see i hardly ever write reviews. well, today i was inspired. my husband and i are spending the weekend in jackson and decided to book massages today. i called christmas farm inn this morning and they got us in this afternoon. we had no expectations as we live in boston and have had some great experiences there... while we have had some doozies on vacations... especially up in the mountains! it was phenomenal!!!!!!! the new innkeepers turned the spa into an aveda spa and from the moment we walked in we knew we were in for a treat its beautiful! and both of us looooved our massages Linda and Julie were our massage therapists and we both thought ours was the best! that never happens!! we got deep tissue but agreed that they were the perfect blend of deep and relaxing just awesome! after our amazing massages we were in quite a blissed out state when jamie (super friendly and helpful girl at the desk) suggested we chrck out the steam room. she took us into a good sized private room that had a steam room, bathroom, and huge double headed shower.... then tells us we can have the room all to ourselves and its totally complimentary!!!! that was the icing on an already delicious cake. amazing experience. thank you jamie, linda, and julie!!!

we were so happy with our visit we even decided to stop in the inn and check it out (yeah, all this and we werent even staying there!) we met gary, one of the innkeepers in the pub. he was so welcoming and chatted with us for a while about the inn and the changes thryve made since taking it over two years ago. we left looking forward to returning for drinks, dinner, or a stay there! such a great experience!!

Wow, what a great review! Your enthusiasm for our beautiful Spa is tangible! We agree it is world-class; we have travelled and lived around the world and visited spas frequently and know this one would sit well in any major city. Thank you so much for sharing this. We hope to welcome you as guests soon.

We recently had a getaway to this Inn for 2 days. IN a nutshell here is what you should know:

1- the food is bad. Breakfast is Ok and the dinner was really terrible. I would never go back to the restaurant again. Our waitress was nice, however.
2- The Inn is very nice. Needs some updating for sure....but was very clean and people were friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Very relaxing place.
3- Spa- very unprofessional. Not a true "spa" experience at all. Felt rushed and the steam room smelled like must/mold. Do not recommend.

We are disappointed that your experience differed so much from other guests'. We generally receive excellent feedback on both our breakfast and dinner offering as well as for our Spa. We are sorry if your service felt rushed, we can only assume that your treatment happened to fall on a busy day. Our nail room has 4 stations that are likely to be in use at the same time with guests talking and enjoying themselves. We also have 6 treatment rooms which serve us well as the Spa is popular and attracts many guests. The steam room does not have mold in it, I can assure you.

We wish you many happy to returns to the White Mountains.
