Celebrated our 10yr Anniversary and couldn't have asked for a more romantic and relaxing time. We have stayed at other Inn's in Jackson and this by far was Top 2. Staff was helpful with amenities and suggestions. Room was perfect. Breakfast was made fresh and just right. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
We would definitely recommend Snowflake to anyone who is looking for a romantic, quiet, and relaxing getaway!
We'll be back for sure!!!

The Snowflake Inn in Jackson, NH is by far our favorite getaway! The Inn is located just far enough from major tourist attractions to offer a peaceful and relaxing visit, yet close enough for times when you want to visit shops or restaurants! The rooms are cozy and romantic! And the common spa is the perfect way to unwind before dinner or bed! Gary, Sue and their staff make us feel at home and special with every visit. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I started coming to the Snowflake Inn on our 10th anniversary, and we have visited every year since then, and we just celebrated year 16! It is the perfect getaway, we feel pampered and relaxed during our stay at this very romantic Inn, and somehow the long weekend always ends too quickly!! We have never had a bad experience in all the years we have come here, and the Innkeepers, Sue and Gary have a way of always making us feel comfortable and are willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. The rooms are always spotless, and the breakfast is delicious...with home baked goods, fruit, yogurt and homemade granola. It is just enough to start your day! It goes without saying that we will continue to visit the Snowflake Inn every year on our anniversary, it is our favorite place!!

Room Tip: The Gazebo Suite is our favorite!!

My husband and I love Snowflake Inn. Sue and Gary make you feel like family, real terrific Owners toestablisment a wonderful establishment.
We came here in June 2010 for our Honeymoon and now again for our 3rd yr Anniversary.
They always do nice things for their guests. Fires and marshmellows, fire going in the hug gorgeous livingroom area when its cold, wine with cheese and crackers.
Im looking at some of horrible reviews put on here about this place and it makes me laugh because those who are complaining arent even making valid pts. Most complaints seem to coming from people who signed up under "coupon deals". First off of course the Inn is going to take on coupon customers after their full price customers. Their full price customers are the ones who repeat guests. Hello think about how to run a business here people! Secondly they have had to make some changes in the rules because unfortunately idiots have to ruin it for the rest of us. AC not above 70 because a lot of people would abuse the AC bleed up the lines and waste money. Now, lets think about the ridiculousness on this......theyve actually had guests that turn on the fireplace, while turning on the AC, and then opening the windows so they hear the surroundings! Really, you think they do that at home? Come people be Respectful!
Third, whoever complained about the wine and cheese.......fine just bring your own next time problem solved! Gee seriously, some people are NEVER satisfied or simply have no life and must find something to crab about.

My husband and I were gifted a two night stay at the Snowflake Inn... we have family who stayed there years ago and loved it, but times seemed to have changed...
The Promise: king size bed, deluxe continental breakfast, chocolate truffles, coffee, evening sweets, a welcome gift of towels and either champagne flutes or mugs. (+ a spa, night-fires and marshmallow roasting, etc.)
The Reality: king bed in a room that smelled like febreeze. Also, it was HOT out but you can't turn the AC below 70 so we were very uncomfortable both nights; a terribly lackluster breakfast (second AM there was only a loaf of bread, no yogurt or granola & the coffee was put out at 8:30 - a bit late for anyone looking to get out and about); the chocolate truffles, they were 2 Lindt balls; and we were given 2 travel mugs and no towels at checkout. The spa? There isn't one - just a large jacuzzi that is surrounded by windows, including HUGE windows facing into the lobby (like a fishbowl that everyone can see you in); the fire and marshmallows...never happened. The owners are gritty and cold, and less than helpful. It was as if our being there was a huge inconvenience. Once I found out how much the two nights cost, I was horrified and would not comfortably recommend this hotel to anyone.

My boyfriend and I loved the Inn. We stayed for two nights with a Groupon that included a bottle of champagne. The rooms are very comfortable and romantic with a two person jacuzzi tub. The large common area for guests always has snacks, tea, and quiet music playing. I felt like I had nothing to be concerned about beside relaxing.

After having stayed at this inn on a couple of other occasions, we said we would try one more time. Each time we stayed the staff would ignore you standing at the front desk. Sue, the innkeeper, would always talk down to us and was not very pleasant. The 'continental breakfast' was far from it and had yogurt and granola out, that's it. We bought a living social deal as a last ditch effort hoping we were going to be pleasantly surprised this time. We couldn't have been more wrong. Sue REFUSED to book a 'coupon deal that is too good of a deal' unless we called the day before to book it. If she hasn't sold out to 'full price' customers first then she would take our reservation. She even told the manager at living social the same. They have guaranteed me that they will no longer do business with the Snowflake Inn. It really is a shame, beautiful rooms, horrible service.
