“Very cheesy and cheap feeling inside. Built to stuff in as many couples as possible with hard beds and thin walls!”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

The website is deceiving. The rooms are poorly laid out, beds and decor are cheap, walls are thin. Don't buy a package, they are a complete joke. The Romance package consisted of snow tubing on a flat hill, a strange "upscale" dining experience, and a "romantic" sleigh ride at a petting zoo complete with other couples and toddlers. Not worth the money at any rate. There are nicer hotels for less in the area! Try the Residence Inn!

My husband and I had a great time .It was relaxed, friendly and helpful[ including making our dinner reservations at local restaurants}I loved being comfortable walking around in our robes from spa to our room and for breakfast. The area is like th "back side of the alps" and our hostess was well versed and knowledgeable of the area. One of the most down to earth and relaxed stays we have had in a long time.

Room Tip: 2nd floor/towards the back

Stayed 2 weekday nights end of Jan. 2013. A Groupon deal. A newer building, but well designed. Great jacuzzi in room, radiant heating in floors, big TV, very comfortable. Above average continental breakfast with hot home-baked pastries, home-made granola, fresh fruit. Trip included discounts at Great Glen Trails for snowshoeing, etc. Previous to going had read some reviews complaining about desk person; evidently she is the owner. She comes across as brusque and definitely wants folks to follow the rules, but if you are pleasant she warms up quickly and is very helpful. The spa is a jewel: a pool with a small waterfall, beautifully designed, relaxing, but with "endless swimming" feature if you want to exercise.

This Inn was adorable. The room was very clean, bed was comfy. Loved the jacuzzi. The indoor spa was very relaxing. Very close to nearby attractions. It was a little pricey, but well worth it. We hope to return soon!

Spent two nights at the Snowflake Inn. I have nothing but great reviews for this beautiful inn. Everything was perfect. The Innkeeper-was super nice,as was the entire staff. The room was spaceous, clean & comfortable. The king size bed, jacuzzi tub, sitting area, large bathroom with super hot spacious shower...I could go on and on. The pictures don't do the inn justice. It is so cozy & peaceful. The pool/spa was very warm & relaxing. The continental breakfast was just enough to get you going in the morning. There was a wide variety of tea, coffee and warm cookies always ready for snacking. This was the most relaxing get-a-way I have had in a long time. We even got the in room couples massage on the second night. I would highly recommend this inn. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing, romantic time away.
My only regret was we had to leave very early on our check out day to return home to avoid the blizzard that was coming.....can't wait to visit again!

Room Tip: Look for the packages online.

We stayed here for the first time in early February for 4 nites. The Inn is situated in the middle of the picturesque village of Jackson, NH. It is close to downhill & cross-country skiing, walking distance to restaurants & hiking trails.
The Inn itself is fairly new and immaculately maintained by the innkeepers Sue & Gary. Sue prepared continental breakfast each day - fresh fruit & juice plus fresh made pastries & quick breads as well as her delicious homemade granola & yogurt. It was served buffet style so guests could help themselves from 8-10AM. They also had coffee, tea & cookies in the afternoon and we heard they serve wine on weekend afternoons.
Spacious common areas on both floors with a nice fire in the huge stone fireplace & a billiard table & game area on the 2nd level. We didn't get a chance to try the large spa pool but it looked inviting coming in after a cold day on the slopes.
The rooms in this "adults only" Inn are the largest we've ever seen-all king suites which included a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, jacuzzi & large flat-screen TV with DVD player and a separate living room with another TV, sofa & 2 comfortable chairs. Both rooms had beautiful views of the snow-covered fields & mountains. Shopping & more restaurants in No. Conway were only about a 15 minute drive south.

Room Tip: We didn't see other rooms but I did understand they have a couple of very large suites that coup...
