At a special gathering at the Inn, the chef (Jeff-everyone is on a first name basis there) created some truly extraordinary French dishes: a fried chicken liver with polenta that was fantastic, beautifully presented and beyond delicious (wish it was on the regular menu) a delicate salmon, and a succulent lamb loin chop with the Inn and Kitchen's signature gnocchi. The range of this chef is amazing and the specials he offers nightly are well worth the trip from wherever to the Inn. Manager Molly is welcoming and waitresses like Kaitlin make an evening there both warm and friendly and definitely haute cuisine. Right on you guys. We'll be back again and again.
