“Rejuvenation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2012

We had a superb time at the Coppertoppe Inn. We arrived bedraggled and strung out from city life and left rejuvenated. The house is lovely, so charming and the property is a little park in itself. Sheila and Bill bent over backwards to get us whatever we wanted. We hot tubbed under the stars several nights in a row. The library was great, loaded with my favorite sci fi paperbacks and tons of movies. The view of Newfound lake was gorgeous. Breakfasts were wonderful. It spoiled us to wake up to Sheila and Bill cooking our breakfast to order and coffee already made. The king sized bed in the amethyst room was soo comfortable with fancy cotton sheets. The hosts were very accommodating. They provided whatever we needed, sunscreen, bug spray, and even a hose to wash our kayaks. If you can go, this is the place to stay.

Our weekend with a group of nine friends to the Coppertoppe Inn was a delight! The friendly innkeepers were so pleasant to work with from beginning wanting to insure that our weekend stay would be a memorable one. And it truly was! The location of the inn set in the hills of NH was picture-perfect.
It was like coming home; warm, friendly, very comfortable beds, a lovely library, tables set by the windows overlooking the lake made for a better-than-expected stay! The breakfasts were so special; fresh, delicious and the Sheila - Bill Team are wonderful, thoughtful cooks.... Out hats go off to you both! Yes, we will be back.....you can count on that! Gracias!!!
I must just one more thing......after a long day of snowshoeing on Mt. Cardigan Shelia greeted us at the end of the day with a fresh apple pie and rasberry pie topped with vanilla ice cream! A delicious surprise!

We spent an evening here over Valentine's weekend and I couldn't ask for a more beautiful, romantic place! Bill and Sheila catered to our every need and made us feel like their special guests. The Amethyst room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The view of the lake and mountains is stunning, even in the winter! The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition - they even provided us robes, crocs and beach towels. I highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back!

If you are in the neighborhood of Newfound Lake, near Plymouth, NH, this is the place to stay. This is our fourth stay there - we have a grandson at nearby Camp Mowglis. Sheila and Bill are skillful and gracious hosts. The Garnet suite has the craziest, and very comfortable, bathroom going. It is supernaturally quiet at night.. The breakfasts are superb. We always enjoy our stays there.

I was at Newfound Lake to do a triathlon, and brought my family along as well. This high-end inn was off the main road, charming, impeccably clean, has large, well-apportioned, beautiful rooms; breathtaking views of the lake, and the innkeepers could not have been better at their jobs. Every need was met immediately and effortlessly, and they were impossibly well-prepared for our 1-year-old daughter. They made a few meals for us, which included excellent dishes we had never tried, such as a butternut squash mango soup, and an oatmeal bake for breakfast. Our stay simply could not have been better.

Our stay at the Coppertoppe Inn was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. The view is fabulous from every room, including from the breakfast table, even when it rains. The food was excellent and customized to our tastes and needs, and Bill and Sheila were delightful to chat with. I would absolutely return to this place.

My wife and I have been staying here for several years. Fabulous location, on a hill overlooking northern Newfound Lake. We recommend the Garnet Suite, with a bathroom fit for a Roman emperor. The breakfasts are delicious - ask for the turkey bacon. Sheila and Bill go out of their way to make your stay memorable.
