This little Italian restaurant is located on the bottom floor of a small shopping mall in downtown Hanover. The ambiance is relaxed but also elegant and the walls are nicely appointed with artwork. There are about a dozen tables of various sizes. We were seated quickly and brought good Italian bread with olive oil. One member of my party had several specific requests for how her dish should be prepared, and the chefs did it as requested. I ordered the house-made Italian sausage with orecchiette, broccoli rabe and garlic, and it was very nicely prepared and flavorful. Entrees can be ordered as either full plates or smaller portions (my dish was $18 or $12, respectively). The menu includes several risotto choices, six or seven pastas, some secondis (chicken, beef, etc.), salads, piatini (appetizers to share), side dishes, and desserts. Large dishes can be split into two portions to share. Overall a nice dining experience--probably a bit pricey for students on a budget. There's also a good wine list.
