A good basic hotel for a family stay. Comfortable queen beds, good hot breakfast with lots of seating, free Wi-Fi.. Single washer and dryer available for laundry. Average size indoor pool. Lots of parking. The bathroom was extremely small.

Some of the property seems older and either in need of deep cleaning or repair. For example in our bathroom the wallpaper was discolored, floor caulk next to the tub was missing or blackened, and their was mold and/or mildew on the ceiling.

Room Tip: first floor rooms have sliding glass doors, if this is a plus or a concern.

A group of my friends decided to hit Hampton beach on a whim and split the room several ways. I admit the number of people we had was over capacity but nothing crazy. The walls are kinda thin so even people talking can be kinda easy to hear. This was literally the last room in Hampton that night. The room was nicely furnished and clean and the pool was nice. This place would be great for families that are looking for something quiet with early bedtimes or older couples looking to get away from the craziness of the boardwalk. For some strange reason though all the screws anywhere in the room, for the towel ring, drape hook, etc. were all pulling out of the drywall.

Thank you for your comments and, yes, we do offer a more peaceful alternative to the late-night noise of the boardwalk. Best.

Perfect location to Hampton Beach and Water Country. Ten minutes to the beach; fifteen to Water Country. Nice quiet friendly location. Two minutes to great atmosphere, brick oven pizza, local brew and live music at Community Brick Oven Pizza. Plenty of places to eat for family along Lafayette Rd. Ended our stay with a nice affordable round of mini golf that had a nicely done seaside theme for all ages across the street that included generous helping of ice cream as a treat following "friendly" game of mini golf. Rooms were spacious, clean, well kept, comfortable, quiet, fold out couch and tv for teen, kitchenette and all amenities were excellent! Hot and cold breakfast had all our favorites. Hotel felt like a mousetrap walking the hallway to our room and breakfast, but once you figured it out, no problems. Plenty of parking. The only negative was the musty odor from the hallway carpet. Room carpets were well kept. We'd definitely come back to stay!

We stayed here in July of 2013 for four nights as a family on vacation. When looking for hotels in Hampton Beach this was the only place left that fit our budget. It is just a couple of miles from Hampton Beach. The staff was extremely nice and the free breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is older and has been upgraded slightly but could use more. There is still a slight mildew kind of smell in the room, but nothing horrible. Our room was a bit small for our family, with little drawer space for clothing. Our AC unit worked great. The beds were newer and very comfortable. The indoor pool was average size and clean. Seemed a bit small when it was crowded, but there was quite a bit of seating available. The price seems a bit high considering it is an average, older hotel and is not quite in the beach area but right outside of it. There was an outdoor seating area with a sliding door from our first floor room with a stone area and two wicker style chairs with table. The rooms are very close and you can hear a lot of sound from surrounding rooms and the floor above. More upgrading would definitely help this hotel to have a higher rating. We may consider staying here again, but would probably look elsewhere first next time.

We often stay at another hotel for one night prior to our beach house checking but that hotel was booked so we went with this one (which was more expensive). It was a short stay so my review is limited. We requested a late check-in with our reservation but they called 6:00 to make sure we were still coming. Some would consider this a courtesy call but since my reservation was "non- refundable", I felt like it was a "can we give your room away" and keep your money call. We arrived late and we were conveniently able to enter from a sliding door entrance:) However, the sheer curtain was shredded and black at the bottom- it had obviously been shut in the door way too many times and no one noticed. The room was reasonably clean otherwise. The bathroom was small and had an odd shower with large shelves, corner toilet and a small sink. Breakfast was nice and free is always a bonus! The pool seemed nice and had piste hours from 7am-11pm but was closed for "robot cleaning". Seemed like it could have been taken care of overnight. I would stay again but wouldn't pick it as my first choice.

other than high quality in area(4 or more star) , only 2 in immediate area, this is by far the best in area. other establishments along strip are shacks in comparison. highly recommend executive suite as it is in a separate bldg., and rooms a lot bigger (for family).... if we return to area, most likely will stay here again good job folks, nice place to stay - very good for family

Stayed a night here while at the beach. Hotel was very clean, and service was very friendly and efficient. Being very paranoid about bed bugs we thoroughly checked for them and found nothing. Mattresses looked brand new and spotless, as well as the bathtub and bathroom. Free breakfast was not super fancy, but had a good variety to choose from, and filled the space. Only complaint I have is that the curtains don't close fully over the sheers, their tracks only go half way so light from outside shines in all night through the sheers, or even more from the street lights outside. Bed was very comfortable and linens clean, and crisp.

Thank you so much for your comments and I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our new renovations. I hope you will come back and visit us again before the summer is over! One note about the curtains: there are actually three sets in each window and the full-length blackouts are closest to the glass, the partial-length decorative panels are first, the sheers are in the middle. Best regards.
