hoaty's is an awesome breakfast spot not too far from the beach area....easy to find and worth the trip!!! we went there last weekend and liked it so much we went back the next day again before leaving new hampshire...it is a small place...worth waiting for a seat if you have to, the staff was very friendly and the food was yummy!!!!! we had some huge pancakes "both original and pumpkin" also awesome french toast, eggs benedict.....and sides of yummy home fries! everything was great......simple but great, the way breakfast should taste....and some of the best i've had in a long time!! we loved it and we were glad we decided to go there........check it out if you're in the area for sure!

The staff are extremely friendly, the food is wicked good.....can't get better.....anywhere. Atmosphere is very mellow and inviting. I recommend this diner to anybody and everybody. Absolutely the BEST french toast anywhere!

Hoaty's is off the beaten path for people at the beach, but if you're looking for a great breakfast at very reasonable prices, it is worth the trip. We've been there many times, and have never been disappointed. The menu is a bit eclectic (where else can you get a "Blueberry Mom"?), and there are alway specials. The restaurant is small, and you may have to wait for a table if you get there at the wrong time. But the staff keeps things cheerfully moving along, and the wait is rarely long. Gary's egg dishes are delicious; his pancakes are huge, and his 'Texas Toast' French Toast is filling at two slices. The homemade muffins and coffee cakes are excellent, especially when you ask for them to be grilled. The coffee is endless, which is just icing on the cake for this delightful neighborhood breakfast place.
