It was pretty darn cold considering spring arrived a month ago but it snowed overnight. It did give me the serenity and solitude to feel like I was the only one on the beach though. Cold ocean breeze, crashing surf, huge flat expanse of white sand, it's hard to imagine the smell of sunblock and laid out bodies everywhere in the coming months. You look towards the other side of the boardwalk and see all the deserted shops and food stands boarded up (even the mcdonalds was boarded up!) an unhinged plywood door swinging in the whistling wind makes you almost think "where are the zombies?!" New Hampshire barely has a recognizable coastline on the map but you really appreciate it's coastal feel worth visiting when you see it with your own eyes.
