Description: At Margarita Grill it's not just about the food,it's ALL about the food! A NH Farm to Table Certified Restaurant, we're proud to support NH Farmers and producers of high quality products. Our food is Southwestern, a blend of many cuisines: gringo, Native American, pre-Hispanic, Hispanic, Cowboy, Chuckwagon and Mexican, with a smattering Creole and Cajun thrown in for good measure. At Margarita Grill, we start with the freshest ingredients, including local produce and high quality meats. We've even developed our own salsas, and accent our meats and fish with special rubs and flavor enhancers. And just as we layer each ingredient in our many dishes, we often layer flavors by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques including smoking, braising and grilling. The result? Hearty, flavorful, Southwest-inspired dishes with a unique twist that's all our own. There's no doubt that there's something for everyone here. Take a look at our menu, you'll see what we mean. Come in and visit us for a true NH experience!

“Try the Seafood Chimichanga”
Reviewed August 20, 2009

I really enjoyed this place. The Seafood Chimchanga was amazing. The service was quick. This place is kid friendly as they have crayons and kids menus. The chips and salsa were also very good as they appeared to be homemade and fresh. I would eat there again.

“Best Mexican Food I have ever had!”
Reviewed August 17, 2009

When you walk in the hostesses are super nice. There is the actual restaurant section which is cozy, a decent bar with a couple of high top tables where we like to sit, and an area with what looks like picnic tables. The families coming from Story Land with little kids dine in that indoor picnic-like area. It is off of the bar but there is a glass door separating the two rooms. The waitress was good this time; the one in February was better. The food is amazingly good as are the margaritas! Margaritas run around the price I am used to ($7-$9).Food prices are not bad. It is not all nachos, tacos, and burritos either! There is a nice selection. Get a t-shirt while you are there. They have great colors. If you have to wait to be seated, it is well worth it!

“Best fish tacos this side of San Diego”
Reviewed August 10, 2009

Three out of four of us had the fish tacos, and they were fantastic. The waiter recommended the blackened Tilapia in the tacos, and it was great. They grilled the tortilla slightly, tossed some greens in there, and flavored it all with some sort of Jalapeno sauce. Really fantastic. The Sangria was quite good as well. We were there with 4 kid aged 4, 3, 1 and 1, and the waiter was great. He brought out their food first (Mac/Cheese - looked like Kraft, does it get any better for kids?), and the place was just noisy enough that it did not matter that the kids got a bit rowdy at times. It gets very busy about the time StoryLand lets out, so plan for that (before 5p with kids, or after 7:00).

“Love the Margarita's”
Reviewed April 21, 2009

My husband and I have eaten at MargaritaGrill for the past 20 years . The food has always been good. I tend to try their specials of the day and have not been disappointed. Their grilled salmon " is to die for ". TheTexMex Taco Salad topped with salmon is my favorite. I can almost say that my husband andI have tried most everything on their dinner menu. We tend not to order appitizers becasue we love their salsa and chips and we know to leave room for the main course. Thier desserts look wonderful, but we never have any room for more. It is truly worth the trip.

“AWful Food...ok service”
Reviewed February 9, 2009

We will start with appetizers first....They were the best part of the meal. The wings were good and tasty, poppers were good and all were happy.

The drinks were very good and strong just like we like them. The margaritas were very good and made to order if you didn't like the ones on their drink menu.

The waitress was solid, she was always checking in on our party and getting us more drinks just as we finished.

Now to the main course... Those who got steak tips, found them to be dry and not so tasty..they lacked flavor.

Those who got the burritos have never seen them cooked and presented in such a fashion. The best description we can have for the burritos would be like dinty moore beef stew wrapped in a tortilla ...very unappealing and not to mention those who did attempt to eat them found them to be not so tasty.

Now to the worst part...someone in this party got a two soft tacos one of which had a long blond hair in it. Very disgusting!! It was brought to the waitresses attention and she quickly came back with two new tacos. Now we probably would have made a bigger deal of it but we already lit from the margaritas.... and we thought some sort of compensation would be coming our way (ie the meal would be taken off the bill or a drink) But nothing was done....very disappointing

Yes, we should have said something.... but the tip reflected our disapproval because it is the waitresses responsibility to make sure the guests she is waiting on are taken care of. It was such a disgusting event we thought for sure something would be done. Rule #1...never assume anything

So the service was solid up until the soft taco disaster and the main courses were very lack luster. However the appetizers and were good and so weren't the drinks.

We will never go back there again and we will be sure to pass this story onto friends and family that vacation in that area.
