This is our go to place when we visit New Hampshire.Very friendly staff and management.We have been staying here for about 10 years now and its'always a very pleasant stay.The staff is always helpful from management,to maintenance ,front desk,and housekeeping.We have made some great friends coming here all these years.Rooms are very clean and well maintained.Love the breakfast and the outdoor grills,and swimming pools.Highly recommend this establishment.More

Wanted to spend a few days and enjoy the lake. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff very attentive. Frank the GM allowed us a late check out which really helped in getaway day. Been there a few times over past few years and will be back again next year as perfect for our plans.

Always a great place...super cute and very friendly. 6 min from gunstock plus heated pool and hot tub to reward yourself after a long day skiing. We stayed in the suites which is nice to have a full kitchen with young kids. The breakfast is included and served daily. We go annually for the money and location to Boston a perfect option to teach young kids to ski and have fun.

We had a wonderful stay at the fireside inn & suites. The hotel is in a great location. Close to gunstock mountain. There is Patrick’s pub right across the street. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was tasty. Haley at the front desk made our visit extra special by being personable, friendly and extremely accommodating. We brought our dog and the hotel was extremely pet friendly. Will def stay again.

I have been coming to this location for years, it was my go to spot in the lakes region. I stayed on a saturday night, room appeared clean, slept comfortably but woke up in the morning to find bugs crawling in the bed, I do believe they were ants, but I don't know for sure. Let me just say I had no food in the room whatsoever, and this stay was a night when it snowed 6" in the middle of winter so they must have been there for awhile. I informed the front desk person who brushed it off, and I called the manager when I got home. Nothing was done. I don't want anything for free but an apology maybe would have been nice, and I hope the room got a good thorough cleaning but I doubt it did.
We are always striving for the best service that we can offer here at our hotel, and it seems as though we may have fallen a little short during your stay. We didn't find anything after you check out!
