“Best Breakfast (and lunch) in the Lakes Region!”
Reviewed May 13, 2012

Whether you are looking for a quick easy breakfast or something you would never choose to cook up for yourself at home, Kitchen Cravings has it all!! Their menu is loaded with delicious and quirky titled items that will be enjoyed by everyone! Their inlets are like no other I have ever seen. Worth the weight, these fluffy beauties steal the show when delivered to the table. The hash is out of this world, actually looks and smells delicious unlike most restaurant or canned hash! Don't let me forget the homemade English Muffins.... Baked in coffee cans fresh throughout each week - they are also a MUST when dining there. Be sure to say hi to Sally and Bill, the owners - they seem to be there all the time cooking and seatin people. Tell them Josie sent you - they LOVE first time customers!!

This is a must for breakfast if your visiting the Lakes Region. Everything is made from scratch when ordered. The portions are well worth the little extra it cost over other breakfast spots in the area. You will not go hungry, that is a fact. The menu is very expansive with the whole menu served all day long. Everything on the menu always looks delicious and everything that I have had has always been delicious. They have daily specials which typically are items not found on the menu. If your a corned beef hash fan, it is a must have here. You won't want it anywhere else after. My 7 year old daughter got the seafood chowder before, we were warned of the price when ordering it, but when it came out I wished I had ordered it too. It was loaded with REAL seafood, no imitation. Lobster, clams, shrimp. Well worth it and she could not eat the whole bowl but it didn't go to waste. My favorite's are the baked chicken burrito and the omlett's! The atmosphere here is incredible and the service is always excellent with a smile. Easy to find on route 11 in Gilford, NH. If you find the Laconia airport, you will find Kitchen Cravings. Oh and to snmurphy07, I am local in Laconia, NH and I am writing this review so please insert foot in mouth!

One trip and your left craving a return trip. Meet Chef Bill, Sally and the great cast of servers and you have Cravings. Peruse the menu, take a second to read the igredients, fresh, local and oh so good. Names of items may be misleading so pay attention. Don't see what you want, ask !!
everythings cooked to order and if Bill cann't do it you probably shouldn't eat it. English muffins to die for, and oh yes now decadent pastry's to temp the pallet. Value, service, quality you generally don't get all three, but here you do. Try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Not the easy place to find initially, but so worth the effort. Owners clearly love what they do. Atmosphere is fun, kinda kitchy (in the best way). Everything is made to order, most ingredients are local. Food is phenomenal. And they serve breakfast later than most. There is nothing not to love about this place. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular!
