“Not what you think”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

My wife and I both were looking for the “repaired” man in the mountain. Well its more of a memorial than anything else. A walk along a path alongside the highway and well that’s all. Disappointing, should not be a destination and really not worth the stop.

“A must see!”
Reviewed September 13, 2012

I have been visited the Old Man site for at least 30 years. I miss the Old Man! It's still worth the visit because the lake is beautiful and I enjoy walking to the site. The memorial is very nice. There's a lot to see and read about its history.

“OLD MAN”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

A must see .They have recreated what it was like to see the Old Man on the shore of Profile Lake . Stop and see the history of this amazing work of mother nature that was taken from us but still lives in the hearts of those who have seen him

“More of a memorial now to the Old Man than anything”
Reviewed September 2, 2012

This is more of a memorial to the Old Man than anything. You walk about 1500 down to a lake where you look up to see where the Old Man was. There are blocks/tiles that you can stand on according to height and look at a board that will provide the illusion of the Old Man. This is free, but I wouldn't make a special trip to see this.
