We had lunch here. Friendly place, self-service. Lots of healthy options. Really enjoyed the fresh bread and gazpacho. Would definitely recommend for a quick and wholesome meal.

This branch of the Green Bean chain sits on the dock at the Wentworth-by-the-Sea marina, a lovely spot.

We were a party of six on a weekday evening. Though almost all the "inside" tables were full and those under the canopy on the dock were as well but they had only two servers.

There was food all over the floor. We had to clean the table top where we were seated. It took more than fifteen minutes for our server to come to the table to take drink orders and ask if we were ready to order dinner - but we had not yet received menus.

Drinks eventually arrived and orders were placed. Food arrived in several uncoordinated batches about 25-30 minutes later. Three of our party got their main courses while the rest waited more than five more minutes for their starters...except for the one that never arrived. Eventually the remaining mains arrived, followed by one of our party's soup.

The food was good. Our party ordered a spectrum of items and all were quite satisfied with their selections. But the place was a mess and severaly understaffed. Our waitress (one of the two working) was very pleasant but simply stretched too far, trying to serve tables both inside and outside. Coordination in the kitchen must have been totally absent.

A nice location. Some very appealing food. Terrible service - though not the fault of the well-intentioned and hard-working waitresses. Poor kitchen coordination. And they urgently need someone with a broom to help turn the tables.

Lines are VERY long every time we go but they move quickly and the food is always worth the wait. charming, indoor or outdoor eating areas, lots of great salads, soup sandwiches and baked goods. We always go more than once when we are in town.

Passing through town and absolutely delighted to find this. I had soup which was wonderful and my friends had a wrap and a salad with sandwich respectively. What a gem of a location and delicious food. We ate outside in a cute, tree shaded courtyard.
