We were seated by the owner and greeted by Richard our server promptly. He shared the philosophy of the staff and restaurant and offered some suggestions for beverages and entrees. My husband and I are on a restricted menu ... but that did not intimidate Richard ... he embraced our restrictions and conferred with the chef to ensure that our selections fit within our parameters. The chef even visited our table to ask about our menu - he wanted to take our information and come up with entrees and desserts that would fit within our menu. Wonderful haddock, amazing chicken, fish cake and duck entrees. Everything is fresh, organic and from farm to table! We are looking forward to returning VERY SOON!
