We recently enjoyed an amazing dinner at this lovely inn. The evening started with martinis in front of a roaring fire and a nice conversation with the innkeeper. The inn itself is as perfect as it gets. The staff eagerly gave us a tour of several rooms. They were tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, I wanted to spend the night. The menu seemed to have a seasonal flair, with ample offerings. The young lady that took care of us, informed us that the chef was her husband. What a dynamic duo to have. We sampled the Mediterranean Bruschetta, which was the servers recommendation. I chose the lamb, which is a favorite of mine, my partner had the Mediterranean Shrimp Scampi. All dishes were perfect in every way. A nice selection of wines to accompany the meal. I seldom have dessert, but based on the daily choices, we couldn't resist. We shared a Molasses Cake, with a ginger icing, topped with a candied ginger. WOW! This place is amazing, from the ambiance, to the service and especially the food. We have found our new favorite place, and have told many of our friends. There are a lot of dining choices when visiting the Mount Washington Valley. Do yourselves a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to the little village of Snowvillage, and let Kevin and his staff amaze you. We'll be back!
