If you are hankering for a good old fashioned diner breakfast, this is the place. Perfect old diner with booths and counter. Eggs cooked right, good greasy (yet still delicious) home fries and bacon. I'll be the pancakes are delicious - we will need to go back. Best breakfast in Claremont, hands down.

Food was great, service a little slow but worth the wait. Tucked away in a corner of town. CASH ONLY so don't miss that like we did! :)

When staying in Claremont, you MUST have breakfast at the Tumble Inn Diner. Prices are low but the atmosphere is right out of 1950. A must do.

(My "very good" rating reflects the beautiful building, not the food or the overall experience, which were average.) For diner fans, this one is a beautiful, tiny old railcar with the old fittings, like stained glass in the transom windows. It is an authentic greasy spoon, with all that that entails--a little dirty/greasy feeling, with authentic diner clientele, not foodies. Our standard breakfast food was good, nothing outstanding but nothing wrong. Our waitress was very nice, although the food took a long time to come. I'm really glad I got to see it, but don't feel the draw to come again.
