We had a wonderful time! We would totally recommend this farm to families with small children. We can't wait to go back this summer.

I wanted to put my Kids in horseback riding lessons, but could not afford them. At Charmingfare Farm they can ride the ponies for free after admission in addition to seeing the animals.

We had an amazing time! My daughter loved being able to see and touch all the animals. Us adults fell in love with all the brand new baby sheep (some that still were not even walking). All the Easter hype was a great extra!

Visited yesterday and was disappointed. Website says 2 different "rides". One to egg barn and another to special golden egg location, but everything was in the same place. No real prizes to be had unless you live in the Manchester area and can use certificates. Outhouses were disgusting and just about full to the top. One cow was covered in another cow's poop. No Easter decorations except those in the hunt barn, in fact saw quite a few Christmas Decorations still. Many kids crying over having to give up their golden egg because it was for inventory, yet there were tickets in the eggs that could have been used for inventory. Big price tag for 24 pieces of candy in 12 plastic eggs

I am really sorry you had a bad experience at the farm.

We had been using the horse drawn wagons to take guests to the Egg Hunting Barn for the first 3 days of the event. The second Sunday we had tractors move guests back and forth. The road the horses were traveling just got to muddy for our horses to be pulling guests. Winter has taken so long to leave us this year.

It is really hard to balance out over 2000 prize bags. I know most of the prize bags had a FREE child's ticket to the Butterfly Place down in Westford, Ma. I admit we do focus on New Hampshire business and perhaps next year we should expand.

If you would like to contact us I would be more than will to credit your account with us so you may visit the during the summer.

This was our second year going to the egg hunt, and this time, it was a total waste of time and money. It cost $55.00 for our family of three to go and buy one small bag of grain to feed the animals. What did we get for our money? Not much! Last year there was a charming story about Henrietta the chicken, hot cocoa, a marshmallow roast, Lindt chocolate, and a great gift bag at the end...none of that this year. They gave out a tiny bag with cheap junk and about 8 tootsie rolls. Lame! To top it off, they charge everyone the same price, kids and adults alike. If you need to cover the cost of supplies for the kids, fine, but the adults get nothing, so why the full $17 price? To add insult to injury, they only have porta-potties. My little girl will not use a porta-potty, so we were out of luck. Can't blame her, they are nasty! Take some of that exorbitant admission fee and put in some restrooms. Felt like a total ripoff this time around! Do yourself a favor, skip this "charming" little place.
