The whole family traveled from NJ to NH for my nephew's college graduation. My sil booked 6 rooms. There were some descrepincies about what she booked & what we got but I was very happy with our room. It was clean, spacious enough for 3 people, & was on the 1st floor. The pool room is HUGE!! The water tempature could have been warmer but the kids went swimming anyway. The breakfast offered by the hotel is your basic fare but there was definitely enough to go around because the hotel was booked solid.
The downside was with the hotel being booked solid & everyone going to graduation at the same time--there was no hot water for showers in the morning.
The owners just bought the hotel in Feb. so they are still upgrading, making repairs, & working out the kinks but for the amount of guests they had, i would say they did a wonderful job!!!

This was a good hotel to use as a base for exploring the region. The room was quite reasonable, the staff was helpful and we had a peaceful time in a clean hotel off the main road. We requested a fridge and there was no problem supplying it. Location a big plus as Campton is very central to local activities. Price good compared to some in the area.

Room was clean enough but very dusty. Location safe but no shops or restaurants for miles around. Breakfast OK but not enough tables to sit at. A little overpriced, probably due to the time of year. Would stay again if passing through.

Thru no fault of the hotel, other than the fact that people could smoke right outside of the doors so that you had to walk thru it to get inside, which of course made cigarette butts on the ground, it was a wonderful place and a wonderful stay.

The hotel conveniently locates near I-93 and the continental breakfast is good in light of the room rate we paid. While the bathroom needs some updated look, I found the bedding is comfortable and room is clean. If I really need to mention an area for improvement, that will be the faucet at the bathroom sink. You will have to exert a force to pull up the faucet to let water flow down, which is hard for my 5-year-old son.

Overall the hotel staff are friendly and have always been helpful. It is a nice hotel for travelers on I-93 to stop over.

We stayed for one night Columbus Day weekend. Hotel was clean and had all the basics but nothing fancy. Shampoo, but no conditioner which I did not bring and could have used. Pool looked OK but we did not use it. The manager was extremely nice and helpful. The one complaint I have is the free continental breakfast which was awful, very low budget and poor selection of food. There was no fresh fruit at all. Just white flour bread, english muffins, and a few varieties of bagels. No muffins or danish...only chocolate frosted cupcakes and a few gooey donuts. All were unwrapped in a clear covered box. Could have been handled by anyone. The cereal was in dispensers...only raisin bran and instant oatmeal. It was the worst continental breakfast I have seen. When you have large crowds in a self service food area, things should be individually wrapped for health reasons. Also should be bananas, oranges, apples. If free breakfast is a draw for you, don't go for this one. Otherwise, this hotel was OK but for a longer stay I would go for a higher end place.

I am truly sorry you had a bad experience with us. Please give us a second change we have been under new Management since February 2011. The breakfast area has changed and we also have a lot more to offer.

we arrived later in the evening, five separate rooms, no problems checking in whatsoever, rooms were all together which was very convenient. we appreciated that little touch very much since the motel was 100% booked. very courteous staff. the rooms were large AND clean. beds very comfortable, breakfast area was very clean and replenished often. I had a very pleasurable experience overall. A+++++
