Description: In 1984, local owners teamed up to open the first T-BONES Great American Eatery in Salem. Its success led to four more locations over the next two decades - Hudson, Bedford, Derry, and Laconia. More than 25 years later, guests still love the casual, family-friendly atmosphere and "made-from-scratch" approach to food that T-BONES is known for. A continual winner of "Best Of" awards throughout the state, T-BONES proudly serves hand-cut premium reserve steaks, fresh prime seafood, sandwiches, and classic American dishes.

Lots of choices for a bite to eat when you you are looking for a not too expensive dinner. Nice that they have "lighter" versions of classic dishes for those wanting a healthier choice.

The whole family went to T-bones on New Years Eve although only because Outback and Carrabas had long waits and T-bones could seat us immediately.
We ordered appetizers which were big (wings, tenders, mozarella sticks etc.) but they were greasy and tasted like they had been rewarmed. They also took some time to arrive so we tucked into the bread.
For entree I went for filet mignon but was then told that there was a mix up with butchers and no steaks were available. T-bones seems a misnomer! I and my wife had the haddock which came immediatelimutes after the appetizers. We sent it back and when we had finished got it served. It was the blandest food I have ever had. served with boiled brocolli anf rice but without any seasoning. We left quickly after as had most others by 8pm. The owners may be putting all their efforts into Copper Door but they should be ashamed of themselves. A complete waste of $150 and poor way to end 2012!

We love T-Bones in Hudson. Everyone is friendly and the food is very good.
We go at least once a week.
They do not take reservations but will do call ahead.
Sitting in the bar area can be fun also, not just for the ball games but the happy hour is fun also.

Stopped at this restaurant on the way home from Manchester. Large restaurant, had a neat chalk drawing in the front welcoming you in. Food was mediocre, staff appeared rushed, might have been a good place to catch the game at the bar.
