“Get the Anniversary Suite! Take the shuttle to town!”

Completely fabulous room! Ours was furnished with antiques. The down pillow top mattress was heavenly. The hot tub was a nice touch. Great service. Away from downtown which I liked. Quiet! Outstanding views. Get the shuttle to town! They also have a new gift shop with snacks. The nicest owners ever!

We just got back from leaving the Virginia City Inn and I miss it already. The Inn is run and maintained by the wonderful Lindsey family. They were very accommodating and kind. Each room has a theme commemorating the "Old West." The grounds were well kept and quiet. The building is located on C Street but a bit far from downtown... I'd say one mile. If you do not feel like walking, ask for the shuttle service numbers. You can then call Wyatt and Buddy... Two locals who kindly drove us wherever we wanted to go in their extended tram. In summation, I would recommend the Virginia City Inn to others interested in visiting Virginia City and I would like to publicly thank the Lindseys for their kindness and hospitality.

This was a welcome surprise! My husband and I stayed here two nights while in Virginia city for a friends wedding at the silver queen. We pulled in early like 12:30pm and were greeted by a lovely lady who owns the place. We were able to check right in! We stayed in the wild horse room, it was old but had been redone and the decore was quaint! When we asked if they had an ice machine she said no but she went and got us an ice bucket filled with ice! She was so helpful and we very much enjoyed our visit with her! Although it is right on one of the main roads we never were bothered by road noise. As we were riding our motorcycle and there is very limited parking in Virginia city the owner gave us the cell number of a guy named buddy who ran the local 10 person golf cart shuttle, we called and the friendly folks came and picked us up and drove us to town for a very small donation of your choice! We would definatly stay here again!

The rooms are beautifully decked out. Ours "The Immigrant Room" was decorated with peices reflecting all the different countries that people from Virginia City had immigrated from. The owner was a lovely woman whose name escapes me at the moment but she was very helpful and friendly. My only criticism is that there was not enough hot water to fill the spa bath in the room very disappointing. A short walk down into town where there were heaps of dining options and entertainment options

Room Tip: all good rooms

My family stayed at the motel when we visited Virginia city this past summer. The new owners are very nice and helpful. They have each room decorated differently to go along with the feel of the town (they showed us several of the rooms) The rooms are all very clean and interesting. We loved the little back yard that had picnic tables and a beautiful view. The owners were very helpful to make our stay memorable. We loved that it was a great location to town, but not right in the middle of the busy tourist traffic. We will definitely go back.

My family recently stayed here and had a wonderful time! The new owners are extremely kind and helpful. The inn has a boutique feel and is very clean. My family, adults and children of all ages, really loved exploring the surrounding attractions. We will definitely be back!

Just stayed with them in September 2013 while at the camel/ostrich races. Owners very friendly and made my stay as a single traveler very pleasant. New owners who have improved the rooms with western themes. Loved the view out the back where they have placed a picnic table and swing to enjoy the sunset. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet.
