The restaurant is located on the hill above Lake Tahoe and features a wonderful view of the area. We had been told to go at sunset but decided to do so earlier, and were glad we did. The view faces west, so as the sun sets you are subjected to both the direct glare from the sun and the reflected glare off the lake. The restaurant is part of the Landry's family, which means that the standards for the food are good but not great in my opinion. It also means that they may try to sell you a membership in their frequent eater organization, as our server did. I didn't appreciate that in a restaurant of this level.
