I enjoy the glazed shrimp. Hot and sour soup does not have much spice to it, that can be a pro or con depending on your taste. Nice, locally owned people.

We were in Sparks for a tournament and knew nothing about the area. The desk clerk at our hotel (The Fairfield Inn) suggested Fortune Palace for chinese, and I'm so glad he did. 13 of us walked in (three families) for and ordered family style. Evenything was awesome, including the service and the price.

One of our favorite Chinese restaraunts! Have never been disappointed with our meals. Started our dinner with a cup of egg flower soup that has a tasty broth. Then ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp, Crispy Shrimp and Cashew Chicken. The servings are huge and the steamed rice that comes with the meal is cooked to sticky perfection. There was enough food to fill the appetites of three adults and two kids. The wait staff is always attentive and glasses are continually refilled. I just like the neighborhood feel of this restaraunt and take advantage of the fact that I can enjoy a good meal in friendly surroundings.

Located in a strip mall in a neighborhood area, they give excellent service and authentic Chinese food. They open for lunch and dinner but closed on Mondays. A great variety to choose from the lunch menu and good prices. For lunch you choose your main entree and it comes with choice of salad or soup, choice of fried rice or white rice and an egg roll. We went for dinner and had the Honey Walnut prawns and House Special Pan Fried noodles, Won ton soup, enough for 2 and had to take leftovers home. Eat here, you won't be disappointed.
