The place is closed, the golf course is dead and the whole scene on the Pah Rah range is nothing but an ugly scar in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Something needs to be done so that developers are held accountable.

I live in this community. This golf course property was sold at auction for one million dollars on February 26, 2013. It was bought by a company out of Arizona that had loaned the prior owner of the course 5 million $ in 2005. The company has not announced plans for the property at this time.

It's now a real eyesore. Very shortsighted of the residents of D'Andrea to permit this course to shut down. Property values have been adjusted downward as was to be expected.

$28 extra a month to keep property values stable in the area and this community votes no??? Golf courses that close in a golf course community spells short sale mania and will lower all home values by the thousands! I would also be concerened with the stagnant water in the pond. I drove through the area and could not believe the community and city could let this happen. I bet the property taxes have not dropped however which could have saved this community. I am pretty sure existing non short sale homeowners are praying for a miracle but I see close to a million dollars needed just to get the fairways and greens back to playing conditions. A very fun golf course with great views gone to the dogs!

The restaurant and golf course are closed. Rating is not based upon eating/playing golf - only on the fact the operation no longer exists.
