The room and other areas of the hotel were nice. The front desk and other staff were friendly and helpful, but arriving on a Sunday night is lonesome. Waited almost an hour for the shuttle van after two calls, and it is only a 5 to 10 minute drive. Went into restaurant for something to eat, and was the only one in the room, at the bar, for over 10 minutes. Apparently the bartender was in the kitchen doing dishes. Over priced food except at Happy Hour!

My son stayed at the hotel for a school event and left a valuable piece of electronics in his room. We called the next day and it was found, oddly staff didn't bother to try and notify the school that this had been found prior to our call. What was most surprising was the almost complete lack of assistance offered by their staff in retrieving what is quite obviously a valuable item. I was told that I needed to make all shipping arrangements which is understandable and I did. Notwithstanding the fact that a bill to the receiving party can be easily accomplished. After the item failed to show up in tracking, we called and were advised by the staff that we had to call FedEx to go to the hotel and pickup the shipment, the hotel would not call FedEx for a pickup. The valuable item was still sitting at their front desk, nobody had bothered to call FedEx for a pickup or call us to advise it was still sitting at their front desk. I know this is a single instance but given the obvious value of the item, there was clearly zero effort on the part of this staff to help us. And that is a problem!

The Front Desk Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when I was checking in. I was greeted with smiles and a fun sense of humor, which was a relief after a long drive! They gave me restaurant recommendations and even gave me directions.

My room was decent but the toilet was continuously running which was annoying.

The gal working at the bar was great!

We enjoyed a great breakfast at the restaurant. Our food was wonderful!

Overall this was a pleasant stay!

Nice well appointed rooms, welcoming lobby with large river rock fireplace. Neat and clean. Good restaurant attached to the hotel. Ask for a room on the back side, as the front side rooms face Highway 80.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back side of the building for less Highway noise.

We have stayed here a number of times in the past three years and the place keeps improving. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The staff is improving and customer service is good. The location is next to freeway and rail tracks but it is quite quiet. The prepaid price even during Street Vibrations MC Rally was excellent. We will return.

No surprises here. A nice place for our family of 4 to stay on our way to California. What the location lacks in charm it makes up for in proximity to the freeway and services. There's a Denny's next door and shopping close by, including a Target and Factory Outlet Mall. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the exercise room with it's basic generic equipment. The complementary wifi was a nice bonus. It's exactly what you would expect for a Holiday Inn at it's price-point. My only complaints would be that the room didn't have enough accessible electric outlets for recharging all of our gadgets and the AC was very loud. As a side note we had a really enjoyable evening at the Legend's Factory Outlet Mall dining at Grimaldi's and then exploring Scheels.

Room Tip: I would avoid staying on the West side as the afternoon sun can really warm up the room.

Hotel is right next to the fuel storage depot and rail yards. Lots of truck drivers staying here. Family went to the pool and left in short order due to not feeling comfortable. Hotel is fine if you are on a business trip but would not bring my family back here.
